    My wife and I signed up for the Health Dare as a healthy way to lose weight, keep it off, and stay healthy through their program. Their program is set up in 3, three month phases; with the last phase being transitioning to keep the weight off and instill the program into your daily life.
    Their only problem was that our “coach” quit Health Dare just before the last phase, and our program manager (Kathy) stopped answering calls. I called and inquired about a partial refund since we’re never received the 3rd phase, but like good scammers; they never followed back up or ever contacted us again.

    I signed up with The Health Dare online program and began to receive the Green Balance Nutrition supplements. With this came a monthly reoccurring shipment charge for the product. I wanted to cancel the subscription and COULD NOT get in touch with a person to ensure the cancelation! I had recently experienced problems with my computer and lost all of my emails from them with no way to access any information. There is NO WAY to actually talk to a person when you have a legitimate issue that needs to be addressed! There is NO CONTACT NUMBER other that an 800 number for appointment scheduling only! I tried to call the 800 number hoping to speak with someone regarding my situation, and it remained busy every time I called. I emailed my request to an email address for support found on their website and never received a response. I found the Green Balance Nutrition website and it to, offered no direct phone number to contact someone with the company - only an email address. I emailed this company, explaining the situation and received no response/reply. This is unacceptable! I ended up having to have my card canceled to ensure that I wouldn't be charged again. Nothing but inconvenience and wasted time on my end! This company should not be allowed to be in business if they do not have a convenient way to address customer issues! Lesson learned... never do business with a company that does not offer a direct phone number for customer service! They don't even deserve a 1-star rating! Do not do business with this company!

    BEWARE! BEWARE! after a conversation with Bridget on the Health Dare I thought it would be a good idea since my husband had developed several health issues. Bridget convinced me to giving her my credit card information before I even read the contract. The 7 page contract was e-mailed to me the next day. It was overwhelming and made me very uncomfortable so I didn't sign it. I contacted Bridget the next day and told her we had changed our minds. Since there wasn't any contract I thought that would be the end of it. But no she charged my card anyway. The credit card company reversed the charge until she had it reinstated. I have not read any e-mails or attended any classes. This business has no integrity. It should be investigated by the police!

    I was told by Anna, Bridget and in my contract that if I was not satisfied with the program after 30 days I could get a refund. So, I sent I the request for my refund, then I get a message from Bridget, changing the terms to the contract to fit her agenda, that I didn’t qualify for a refund because they gave me money off the price because I was signed up as an individual. This is such a lie, Anna, Bridget herself, and in my contract did it say I would not qualify because of that!! The whole reason I signed up anyway was because of the money back guarantee and thought well what do I have to lose?! Now I’m stuck making payments and out $2000 cash for a program that doesn’t work for me!
