  I start and finished pct program Robin h****** single me put because l have disability she really never gave me chance l work on stroke a nurse name lied pn me and she believed it she never listen my side l ask for appeal or to speak to higher authority besides Robin she's very judgemental l need appeal to hear my side of story

  This hospital send LIES misinformation to another facility on me said I had redepression failure to thrive Parkinson’s disease and some more bad stuffi send correction form in they claim they can’t find it I don’t have none of these disorders on file any where never been in hospitals or seen doctors for these disorders they lied check your medical records history from this hospital this happen seven years ago and it is has caused a lot of trouble for me but the facility told me they got this medical records from this bon secours francis hospital in west ashley s c thank god I found out!This hospital is heartless to put these lies which is fraud and I have toldothers about this they suppose to be helping people when their sick?????and not to be treated like TRASH they need to start reading the Bible and start from page one and treat people with respect I have read these reviews it saddens me to see people going through this ??

  Absolutely worthless took my son here due to him having flu-like symptoms of ******* ********* *** ******** since Wednesday 10/23. We first thought simple case of food poisoning but when his symptoms haven't gotten better took him here. They Literally did nothing!
  Didn't listen to his chest, refused to do a flu test saying something about, "I watch the CDC everyday and there are no reported cases." Yeah like everyone comes to the doctor for the flu.
  Literally just sat out in the desk area running her mouth the entire time we could here her having a conversation about what happened this past weekend.
  Told us to come back tomorrow for bloodwork.
  Absolutely worst patient care ever!!!!!

  every nursing doctor was very kind however, they do not have it set up to take care of people that come in with urgent care. I have a broken hip and I was sent to the emergency room after finding it out on the MRI so a trauma doctor could take care of me. I had to sit in a chair for six hours with a broken hip at the same time there was a lady in there talking to everybody walking around and she was there because that's where she comes to get her headaches checked. they see patients on a first come first serve basis that is not right I lady with a headache does not have priority with somebody that's sitting there with a broken hip, crying and in pain. I will never go there again, unless I need an ambulance ride so at least I have a bed. Again, everybody was kind, but the set up is way wrong and I will avoid it at all cost. The emergency room they have now and Simpsonville takes you in according to what you're coming in for it isn't first come first serve. They need to get their plans Street downtown it's wrong.

  I should've read the reviews. I booked an appt at their earliest time which was TWO months out. I fill out the pre check in online the day before my appt. I call them the day off to send health records to them and they say my appt was canceled. Turns out the doctor quit/was fired the day before. I got no call or notice that my appt had been canceled by them. They tell me the next available appt is in 2-3 months. I'm never going to even try to book with bon secours

  My mother was at St Francis Downtown in January with covid. She came out a week later smelling of concentrated urine.
  She was back at St Francis downtown in April. She was not cleaned the first 3 days she was there which is important because she is incontinent. The bathroom had bandages on the floor and the toilet was clogged. She was released prematurely to go to rehab only to end up being taken to the ER less than a week later.
  She is now at St Francis Eastside and called the nurse button. She told the person that answered she had to go to the bathroom and the response was "No". I am furious. The nurse supervisor Melissa and the patient advocate Audrey denied their staff member would ever say that. My mother and I heard her say No. The care at this hospital is substandard. ********** ******** is superior to the St Francis system. It's sad that they fall under the Christian umbrella.

  Had pace maker installed. Made me wait over 1 hour on a strtcher. it was cold, did't offer a warm blanket. Night nurse was kurt,not kind. Day nurse was kind and helpful. Did not give any follow up instructions like what not to do etc.
  VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! Charged my inurance for over 95000 $ for one night stay and operation theater for less than 3/4 hr!

  Last year I tried to get into Dr. Cory W**** and was told he was not taking new patients. Now he is taking new patients, so I called the office and they said I needed a referral. So my doctor sent a referral over and now they won't take a Prisma referral. They didn't tell me that before.. I guess they don't care about actually helping people or the oath they swore to. Nice to know as I will never go to a Bon Secour again since obviously patient care is not what they care about at all. Poor Customer Service and if they take my insurance why does it matter where the referral came from - especially since my insurance doesn't require a referral. It seems denying a service that is available because it was referred to by another health system should be illegal. It seems very sketchy.

  This hospital needs to be shut down, They only think of the patients as a number and not as a human being. They care less if the patients live or die.

  Wouldnt allow me to see an Endocrinologist because my primary Dr was wirh Prisma. I had a referral but explained my insurance didnt require a referral to see a specialist. They still wouldnt accept me as a patient to see an endocrinologist for my diabetese They are not concerned about the health care of patienfs. Very segregated system and very poor customer service.
