    Purchased a ******* ****** Air Purifier in December, 2023 from ******. After two weeks or so the unit stayed on standby and would not start. I called customer service and was told to file documentation for a replacement unit. I did so and the replacement unit never started properly. I called customer service asking for a refund but they insisted I take another replacement. After 4 months I heard nothing, so I tried calling my customer service contact and she never returned my calls. I emailed her and she emailed back and gave me another number to call. At that number I was put on hold and after 15 minutes received a message that the mailbox was full. I noticed on ****** reviews of this product other people have had the same issue with the unit and the same poor customer service. This product was under FULL warranty and I feel I should be entitiled to a refund of $279.99 plus $19.60 sales tax for a total of $299.59.

    I purchased a shop vac through ****** and when it broke while under warranty I sent in all the paperwork for a replacement. It has been over 2 months now and they are unable to give me any information as to when the replacement would be shipped. I am getting a real run around.

    We apologize for the delay in getting a replacement unit. I do, however, believe the issue has since been resolved. Our records indicate that a replacement unit was shipped and delivered on 8/8.

    I ordered a ********* ***** 16 gallon vacuum on the 16th of this month. What I received looks like somebody’s used return. The vac was missing a hose, the motor assembly does not latch to the tank, when you pick it up, they come apart. The motor makes a loud pop noise whenever suction is applied. I emailed for a return, the response I received was from another customer service department that would handle things, but then they asked me to call. Long story short, I called them today being 30 August, and received a run around, and was placed on hold for over an hour with intermittent Contact stating we are waiting for a supervisor to tell us how to handle a return. They could not even look up order numbers or have my information even though I have the invoice in hand reading them everything that they were asking. They did not even check the emails to see what the problems were . They told me the resolution was on the website which referred me back to their call center. I just want to return this item because the Quality is not there, and I’m not getting any response. I would love if they could refund the amount, and I could just take the item to the recycle center.

    Purchased a ******* vacuum last year, came with a 5 year warrantee. Purchased this particular vacuum because it had a light on the front which I need to see under beds. Called claim dept because light is flickering. LED lights so it's not a loose bulb, clearly is a short somewhere. Was told by the 1st tech, "there is no instructs to fix lights or even get to them." Duh... I read entire manual before calling.... Was told by 2nd tech, "lights are of minimal usage, so it doesn't fall under warrantee." Duh... That' the reason this vacuum cost more, plus it's not the lights, it's a wiring short which is dangerous. He stated he can't do anything. I told him I'll notify the BBB and let them handle it. He said, "Go ahead." This is clearly a short in the wiring somewhere, which ALL electrical problems are covered under the 5 year warrantee. I don't see what the problem is. I have a few other Kenmore products in my home. I will never buy ******* again and will notify my relatives and friends also. For a company that has been around for decades, this is a terrible way to treat a family of users from generations past and present.
