    On June 29th 2024 I took my 2008 Nissan Altima to Greens Discount tires & Auto to get the shaking fixed i’ my car. After taking my car to them they stated they looked at the car and said the tires were uneven and needed to be replaced and that would fix the shaking issue I was having. I paid them exactly $507.68 for 4 new tires and an alignment, I went to drive and the shaking was still there if not worse than before. I brought it back and demanded a refund for the tires and service I just paid for as I was assured this would fix it, they refused stating I already drove on the tires, but I showed them their “refund policy” with parts they have at the bottom of them receipts and they told me that I still cannot get a refund but they would fix it. They looked at it again and now it was an issue with my ball joint on the driver side and my brake pads were bad. I again was told by the owner and head mechanic that after I paid to get that fixed which was on 07/03/2024 and costed $615.87 That my issue would finally be resolved and I would have a safe car to drive. Again did not even drive off the lot and it was still shaking. I went inside and demanded a refund again, I was blown off and told my car needed these things and I told them when I can in I do not care what my car NEEDS I want the SHAKING fixed only nothing else. I have been lied to promised refunds or free service and constantly lied to and nothing has been fixed. Greens has refused any refunds or acuatl fixing of my car without asking for more payment. I feel I should get a full refund so I can pay an actual mechanic that know what they are doing so I can get back and forth to work. With all this money I’ve given greens I am without a car to get to and from work and I am out $1,123.55 I am completely broke because of them and more likely will lose my job if I cannot get this car fixed. I also only have the receipt for the ball joint and brake pads as they refused to give me a copy of the tires receipt.

    On June 29, 2024, said customer came in requesting new tires and alignment for his 2008 Nissan Altima, which we happily obliged to do. Said customer had complaints of the car shaking, after our technicians looked at the car, it was noted the car had several problems.

    On June 29, 2024, a customer brought in a 2008 Nissan Altima for a new set of tires and an alignment, which we completed for $491.70, recording the mileage at 154,044. The customer returned on July 3 and July 5, reporting vehicle shaking. Our technicians inspected the car, found it drivable, but identified several necessary repairs. The customer was informed and requested estimates, which we provided: $596.48 for front suspension and brake repairs, and $456.07 for engine repairs. The suspension and brake repairs were authorized and completed on July 3. The customer deferred the engine repairs and asked for a tire refund. Our policy states that tire issues are addressed through the manufacturer's warranty, which did not apply as the tires were not defective. The customer left with the vehicle and the engine repair estimate, citing a lack of funds for the repairs. We regret the customer's dissatisfaction but affirm that we performed only the approved services. Completing the recommended repairs would significantly improve the vehicle's performance.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 

    I am denying this due to the pure fact I was lied to and guaranteed that my issues would be resolved with each repair. I was lied to that my tires would fix the shaking. I was lied to that the ball joint replacement would fix the shaking and that it was tested. I was lied to so many times. I was even told by the head tech Alex “I’m sorry to inform you but I realized when you brought you car in no one actually test drove it.” Again another lie. You are just money hungry and have stolen from me. If you could not fix the issue you should have stated that instead of lying to me that these repairs would have fixed the issue. Which it actually has not you have managed to make my issues worse. You have not offered once to actually fix my car only attempt to get more money from me. You guys are awful and I hope you get what you deserve done to you one day.
