NO STARS ,I only put one because I had to at least put 1 THE MECHANIC ALEX USED OLD PARTS ON MY CAR.
He charged me for new parts. Charges me for the labor . My car was still cutting off so I took it to a place that specialized in ******* and gave them all my receipts from GREENS DISCOUNT TIRE . They told me which parts was used and old!!! I showed Alex and he began to curse at me and denied a refund . He put me and my daughter at risk by driving in an unsafe car that continued to cut completely off while driving by putting old parts in my car . He thought that I wouldn’t take the time to make sure the parts he used were new and expected me to pay more money to fix something I spent thousands of dollars already to get fixed . My next action is a lawsuit . Never go here . Other mechanics are either very aware of unaware of what’s thier co workers are doing . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My car also got broken into while here due to Alex not locking my doors . He then tried to cover up the fact that my window was broke by trying to fix it . This whole place is just corrupt !! He also made me pay for parts and more labor time for things he said I had to get fixed on my car to for it to be “up and running “ mind you my car was already running ,it just kept cutting off . He told me it was no longer running anymore and demanded more money for parts that got put into my car that had nothing to do with why it was cutting off . I had thag information confirmed when I took my car to a professional mechanic and shaped them my receipts of what I paid for and had them look at my car to make sure everything was done right . DO NOT GO HERE. I would let a blind and deaf person touch my car before I trust any of those mechanics !
