    I have not been getting my monthly mortgage statements for the past 2 months. No one will answer my calls or return my voicemails. I have not received my yearly tax interest statement although I have requested this many times.

    Our systems shows that we have sent statements to *** **** every month.  Not sure why he isn't getting them.  *** **** is under a contact for Deed that we are third party servicers on, per the third party he is not paying mortgage interest so we do not issue 1098's on contract for deeds.  If his accountant feels like he can claim it on his taxes we will be happy to give him the total amount of interest he has paid. We have never issued him a 1098 so not sure why he is expecting one this year.  Even if were required to issue *** **** a 1098 it doesn't get sent until January. As for the phones we are here 9-5 EST if he calls outside of these hours we are not here to answer. We service several loan other than *** ****'s and we have not had any other complaints about not receiving statements or not being able to get in contact with us so I am not sure why it is just happening to him.
