DO NOT do business with this company!!! We had a mortgage with them for 10 years, we were never late with a payment, never missed a payment, and when we decided to refinance our mortgage, Kelly (in charge of this office) made it extremely difficult for us to do so. She held our payoff amount hostage from the other company and basically refused to send the required documents that she was supposed to send. We had done everything she asked us to do and still she would not send the paperwork. After multiple attempts from the other company to get her to do her job, I had to call her myself at which time she LIED blatantly and said the other company had only sent her one email, when I knew for a fact they had tried at least five times to contact her. When I informed her that the other company is run by my brother, she started to backtrack and stutter and changed her story. Not only this, but we found out that they had never put the deed in my husband's name so at any time we were at risk of just being put out of a house we had paid on for 10 years. The way they do the paperwork is shady so BE CAREFUL if doing business with them. Make sure you check the deeds and paperwork yourself because she will try to double talk you. I have never left a bad review of any company EVER I just want people to BE AWARE of this company. Be safe and go elsewhere for your mortgage needs please.

United Home Loan Services, Inc. (UHLS) is a mortgage broker and third-party servicing provider. You originally agreed and purchased this loan through *** who later hired our company to provide the legal disclosures required for residential real estate purchases that require financing of any kind. Please note, UHLS is in no way affiliated ***.
In October 2017, UHLS provided additional administrative duties to include payment collections on this property. In this specific case, the buyer’s original lease/purchase contract and the Contract for Deed predates all involvement with UHLS. UHLS did not set the terms for the purchase agreement or the type of contract signed at closing. This agreement was presented by a seller independent of UHLS and accepted by the buyer also independent of UHLS.
The agreement that you signed with *** was a Contract for Deed. A Contract for Deed is an agreement to receive the deed once the seller has been paid in full and within the timeframe stated in the agreement. Once the seller is paid in full, the deed is transferred to the name of the buyer. The timeline for the deed assignment is set in the contract that was signed at closing. Anytime a borrower/tenant has a question regarding contract ownership, we direct them to the owner of the contract. UHLS never claimed to be the owner of the contract.
