    This company is not reliable, will not communicate proactively, and will ghost you! They took our flowers and our money, broke their word multiple times, and still have not delivered a product. After over a year, we STILL DON'T have a time/day to pick up the promised "art".
    Do NOT hire them! There is a reason they are not BBB accredited! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    I got married May 2024 wanting to support a local business, I sent my flowers right away, within 3 days of my wedding. I was told I would get my order by August/ September 2024, 2 out of 3 of the items were xmas gifts. It is now 3/27/25, She told me 8/2024 that she would "start pouring soon." Since than she has put more effort into promising me, she's not a scammer than messaging me upset that I complained to the BBB, than she has about getting my order done. I haven't heard from her in months, because arguing with her about it is so exhausting. It is so sad that women put so much love and money into their wedding flowers, it is definitely a lucrative business. It meant so much to me that I preserve the flowers from marrying my middle school sweetheart even though I couldn't afford it. She knew this, set me up a 3-payment plan over 4-week period. I just want my flowers back at this point and get the court involved to get my money back.

    Unfortunately appears I have been taken advantage of as well. I sent my flowers to **** in August 2023 and have not received them back. I got an email in May 2024 saying she was sick and that she would have them out by June 2024 and no surprise, didn't receive them.

    If I could give a zero I would. I am in the same boat as all the other reviews here. As a bridesmaid I tried to do something nice for my best friend and get her bouquet preserved. I started the process August of 2023. I have not received a product and have not had any contact from this business for over a month. I sent emails twice a month since January and continue to get Im working on it. Do not purchase anything from this company or this woman.

    **** is a scam. I am so disappointed to never see my wedding bouquet again. I got married in July 2024, and it has now been more than a year after she received my bouquet. All Ive gotten is vague promises and timelines without any action or proof of progress DO NOT WORK WITH ****.

    100% a scam artist and thief who preys on excited brides. Avoid at all costs! Full of excuses for why she doesnt send flowers back after receiving payment in full. Refuses to refund and full of empty promises to keep stringing you along.

    I sent my wedding flowers to this business to preserve in November 2022. I ordered a framed floral arrangement and several gifts for my bridal party totaling over $500. The business promised to deliver the order for over a year and a half and never delivered or refunded my purchase. The communication is minimal and only reactive when I ask for a status update, always claiming that they would ship that week which they never did. I have been understanding and wanted to support a small business, but after more than 18 months I have been unsuccessful in getting my one of a kind precious memory or my money back. Save yourself the time, heartache, and money and do not use this business.
