    There tech came on 03/10/2023 to perform Preventive Maintenance on our Hobart Mixer. He started he will be done in couple hours to replace grease and seal but he ended up staying for 5 hrs to do nothing. The company told me over the phone that they want me to pre authorize $500 them to charge credit card which was little suspicious but we needed service so I agreed to that odd request. I was thinking the service will be done in an hr or 2 but the gentleman took 5 hrs! They charge $120 hr for service. In the I was served with $1100 bill to pay for regular maintenance service. I was a complete rip off, I regret my decision using this company. I wish I had these reviews before reaching out to this company. Run away from this company.

    Good Afternoon and thank you for your feedback related to recent service received by our Tech 24 branch out of Charlottesville, VA. We wanted to take an opportunity to respond and provide insight to one particular aspect of your feedback. When new service is requested by a customer not previously listed in our system, a temporary hold is required on a credit card. That hold is released within five business days. In reference to your service and invoice related concerns. We will work with the local branch management team to identify any possible adjustments that can be made. Contact will come directly from the area management team. Once again, we thank you for trusting us with your equipment and business. We look forward to resolving the current concern and working with you again in the future.
