    As the owner of a small, independently owned coffee shop, my experience with Tech24 was devastating. Our high speed oven went out over the weekend and I began searching for a service company on Monday morning. After trying 8 different businesses, I was finally able to get a company willing to schedule my service call when I reached Tech24. On Monday they indicated I would have a technician on-site Thursday or Friday. Thursday afternoon I checked back and they said someone would be out Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon I checked and they said their technician was held up for an emergency call, could they reschedule for Monday. I explained that we had been taking a hit to revenues without that oven, weekends are our busiest days, and couldn't someone come out. Their next response was that after further review, they are unable to service our oven. Of course it was 4:41 pm on Friday and now I will have to start the search for service all over again on Monday. I do NOT recommend them.
