    I only gave this one star because you have to give a star rating. I wouldn't give this company even one half of a star. Most weight loss programs will refund your money if you have buyer's remorse, or you find the program or supplement does not work for you, not PHD Weight Loss! I called within a few days when I received a box of pages upon pages of redundant information about the "plan" and a full box of individual envelopes (like dried soup mix, oatmeal, puddings, etc) with nothing more than the name of the product and directions, but no list of ingredients or basic product or nutritional information. The price was $1950. I called and said this was not what I expected. I could not afford this program and offered to return the box at my cost for a refund. I had already told them that I was on a fixed income on ****** ******** *** ****** ** *** ******* *****, but the answer was still "No". I am losing sleep over this. When I told them that I didn't have the money, they put me on hold and, without asking for my social security number, somehow got me a ********** Card that they said would be interest-free as long as I paid it within 12 months. I caved. This is not a compassionate company; they don't care about you or your success; they only care about getting your money. I am not only regretful that I heard of this company, but I am also very stressed. I can only imagine how many others have fallen for this, only to be told, even after days of changing my mind, only after days of letting their "pitch" sink in. When they talk to you, they barely give you a chance to question any of it, and if you do, they have a rebuttal ready. I am ** years old. I told them that this program is too expensive and is nothing like what the Talk show host was promoting on his show. He gets paid and probably gets the program for free. I imagine his program is nothing like the box of rations I received.

    Several years ago I bought in to this PHD weight loss program. I paid over $10,000.00 feeling like I had this program for life, like was advertised. I decided recently that I wanted access to the program again being off of it for a while and was told I would have to pay all over again. They advertise on a talk radio show that I listen to and their policy is not made crystal clear in their advertising or during counseling.
