    I just wanted to warn anyone looking for a trash service in the *********** Area. I just ended my service with Oneal Sanitation after multiple instances of not having my service picked up for weeks in a row. The first time that I called, I was informed that my neighbor had canceled and that I had somehow gotten dropped off the route. They apologized and told me that my pickup had changed to Friday (put out by Thursday night) During my call this evening, after leaving a message, I was told by the manager that my original terms of service and the change in pickup date provided to me were wrong (That I hadn't had service on a Friday, with put out time Thursday afternoon in 7 months) and that it was my fault for not putting my trash out on time. Their own employee told me the wrong pickup times and when I informed them of this, they asked if I wanted them to just fire him? No. I wanted the company to take ownership of their failure to fulfill a month of my contracted service. When I asked about a partial refund, I was told no one would do that and again, that it was my fault that I didn't put the trash out on time. The call ended with, as far as I'm aware, the driver for my route aggressively swearing at me and calling me names before hanging up. They informed me that they knew all of the lies I was about to make up and to go ahead and post it. I have never had service for a company I contracted this poor ever. And I don't want you all to experience the same.

    The owner Tom W****** will not answer the phone or return my calls to confirm and close auto draft banking payment option... we are moving on to another company this month and we have been billed again!!... Tom is ignoring our cancellation request. He has not sent any paper work closing agreement to auto bank opp and is trying to bill again 3 month cycle!
