    See my review about ASI. They basically gave me incorrect information. The tech Chris told me my dryer drum was warped. He would order the part and call me when it came. I had to call them to find out they were not coming back stating conditions were unsafe but they would not give me any details. I ask to speak to the owner of ASI but was refused.

Customer needs to call Whirlpool and they can tell him how they will be handling his service. If Whirlpool has any questions they can contact our office and we will be happy to assist.

    In May of 2022 I paid for a estimate to repair or replace a dishwasher for a insurance claim on my home. They sent a technician out, he looked at dishwasher said there would be too many codes to diagnose a problem the unit needed to be replaced. He then typed up a estimate and emailed to insurance company. The insurance company did not accept the way the estimate was written up. I contacted Authorized services to write the estimate over which they said they did but insurance company still didn't accept the estimate they sent to them. I asked that Authorized contact insurance company to see what they were asking for in which they did not do. I have contacted them to send out another technician who could write up the estimate correctly. They are telling me I will have to pay another service call fee of 120.00 dollars for them to send another technician out to do the job correctly. I asked for a refund they stated that they had performed the service I paid for and that they could not send out another tech to do the job correctly. Can you help resolve this situation to keep me from having to spend more money on court to get a refund from them? Thanks

    Good afternoon Cindy:
    In response to your email, the Technician did go out and diagnose the issue and gave the customer a copy of what he found and how much it would cost for the repair. We are just the service company and we cannot replace products. He asked that we word our report to satisfy the insurance company so they will replace the unit. We do not "word" our reports to reflect what the customer wants but what the Technician finds. The following is what the Technician found and we did provide the customer with the same information.

Latch is shorted and has scorched terminals. Gave customer a bluebook estimate for repair at 1631.87. Customer denied repair ; Cllctd $125.00 Check # ***, Job Cmpltd, O-emld tckt [Tckts\399141a.png], snapped 3 QuickPics (via SDM)
