    The serviceman came out to clean my ice maker. Once he left, it wasn’t working as water wasn’t getting to the machine. He came back out yesterday and claimed I now needed to replace a valve for $750. The ice maker was working perfectly until he came out. I spoke to the owner and couldn’t care less about my concerns. I have used this form for 17 years and this is how they treated me. Pathetic.

    ASI came to my home bc they are the certified whirlpool specialist. They showed up, diagnosed my stove and told me the total of the repair. I started to ask questions about what the breakdown of the repair total was, parts labor etc. I was told “we don’t provide itemized breakdown of our invoice.” I refused the repair. I have never been told by anyone that they could not provide a proper invoice, I’ve hired plenty of repair companies including auto, appliance and computer repair companies. I wish I was aware of this prior to someone showing up to my home. It just seems like before agreeing to a $500+ repair ANYONE would want to see what they were paying for.
