      I found Marleylilly a few years ago through a ****** search. I placed some orders for Christmas rather last minute and was thrilled that they all made it in time and were absolutely darling. I have since ordered from them several times. I have ordered clothing, bags, and travel items both for myself and many as for gifts. Every single time they have been received on time, done perfectly, and have been very high-quality. I recently suggested to my mom that she buy gifts from Marleylilly for her **** **************. She found a beautiful silver beaded bracelet with an engraved disc and ordered one for each. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, we found that one of the monograms was reversed. I wrote an email to customer service and, I couldn’t believe it, four days later we had a replacement bracelet with the correct monogram. Talk about standing behind your product and outstanding customer service! I mean, these days, if there is a problem, you often times have to jump through hoops. But, Marleylilly made it so easy! Can’t recommend them enough. They have SO many items in their offering that there is something for everyone. Items are all great quality and are very competitively priced! They have a customer for life in me!

      I have ordered from Marley Lilly for several years and was always very satisfied with what I ordered for myself and for gifts. But this December 2024 I ordered Christmas gifts for my granddaughter and paid 10 dollars extra for gift wrap as I was sending the gifts to her directly. The 2 gifts I paid for gift wrap ($20) to wrap, were not wrapped! So, she saw what she was receiving and I let her start wearing the raincoat and using the purse. I was very disappointed and will not order from them again

      I have ordered from Marleylilly several times and have always been very pleased. I am very dissatisfied with the quality and condition my purchase arrived in. The luggsge and bags are very poorly made, cheap quality that will be fortunate to hold up for one trip. The luggage is a very cheap, flimsy plastic; has marks and scratches all over it. My initials on it are basically stickers that will easily peel off. The small make up pouch has velcro that is partially off of the pouch. The other tote bags are flimsy and cheap material. I purchased a monogramed travel bag for a gift. I would be embarrassed to gift it and will be purchasing something else. This is very substandard service.

      I will only give two stars because I EVENTUALLY got my order. Don’t order from here if you’re in a time frame of ANY kind. My first package is still lost to the wind (8/7/2024) and after the 10 days I gave time per the company policy because I dislike being a Karen really; I was still told there’s delays and once with **** it’s out of their hands, mind you I hadn’t gotten an update in over a week they have no idea where my package is. It’s once I left a bad review on their site when sent a “feedback” email about my items that I DIDNT have that they THEN called the package lost and rush ordered me another package which actually arrived very quickly. Upon “fixing my issue” (reordering my order with rush order status) they immediately emailed asking me to update my bad review since they “solved my problem” 5 minutes after placing the reorder. They kept blaming **** which I’ve rarely ever had issues with but it was actually their shipping partner that lost my package, not ****. Yes I kept the items since I paid $60 for them once the second order arrived, quality is meh I’ll be shocked if they last longer than 1 year which is a shame. I really wanted to like and support this company and now I’m scared to ever even order from them again. Bold to take so much time and blame others when “no refund” is plastered all over the website when I almost didn’t get my things to begin with.

      I have had the absolute worst time with this company. I placed my order on May 7th and paid $12.99 for Mother’s Day shipping meaning my package would arrive by Mother’s Day guaranteed. Today is Mothers Day, May 12 and my package is still in North Carolina. My package has been in NC since the 10th. I also had to speak with someone about my order over the phone and they were extremely rude. I’m highly disappointed. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!
