      SHAME ON ME!! I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH ON THE RETURN POLICY. I AM SO USED TO DOING BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES THAT HAVE FREE RETURNS, THAT I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I HAD TO PAY $11.OO TO RETURN TWO TOPS. I CHOSE TO DO TRACKING BECAUSE IF IT'S NOT RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS, THEY WILL NOT CREDIT BACK TO MY CARD. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN MARLEYLILLY.

      Customized products from Marleylilly are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts. Even though Marleylilly processed the order correctly, as a courtesy, we are still willing to refund the monogrammed purchase, if you return the item. Our return policy is posted in our FAQ section on our website.

      I ordered a monogrammed wine bag - it was delivered WITHOUT a monogram. I filed a ticket, tried to be patient because it is the holidays, sent photos of the item and nobody will answer or respond. I am frustrated and would like a refund but no idea how to get one because NOBODY WILL ANSWER. I understand it is the holidays but it is now January 3rd and their site says nothing about unavailability through this time.

      I paid for before Christmas shipping. Arrived after Christmas so they did refund me the money for that Ordered 2 non monogrammed shirts and trying to return them has been the biggest hassle I’ve ever had They sent me a link and when I put my order number and email in. It’s says sorry. Order not found. I’ve emailed several times and still send me the same link. Even tho the stuff is cute. It is cheap material. Have a sweater that the sleeves have balled up. Since this order was placed before Christmas. They aren’t refunding if I ever can get it back to them. Just a credit. I don’t want to order from them again

      Terrible customer service. I ordered for Christmas and it stated that it would arrive in time. It not only didn’t arrive in time, but didn’t come on the Monday after Christmas, either. It is very disappointing to have ordered a gift for someone and not be able to give it to them on Christnas when everyone else opens their gifts.

      I'm very very unhappy with my monogrammed ring I want a refund they claim to be sterling silver definitely not feels and look more like plastic can't see the monogramme definitely not worth 60.00 and I want me money back and on top of that I wear a 7 in all right but not this one it's way to big

      I was pleased with my first order ( a bracelet) & I was fairly pleased with my 2nd order although I needed to return one of the shirts because the color was too green and not a light blue like I thought. The item I returned did not have a monogram so it was no problem returning it. I was going to do an exchange but couldn't find another shirt that in a color that would look good on me. I am a "winter" so fall colors aren't an option. So I knew that I would have to pay for shipping, but I was shocked at the price. I live in northeast Georgia...Greer isn't far from me. Because my shirt (sweatshirt) weighed over 1 lb it cost $9.55. That was the lowest option. Ground, tracking, no insurance. This just isn't right.

      Ordered shoes a size 9 way to small they almost fit my daughter she is a size 6. They did not want to return unless I payed shipping and I already payed to have them shipped. This has to be concern with these shoes and sizing to be almost 3 sizes to small. Was very upset.
