    This experience has been absolutely horrible. Alot of delays and changing what was originally agreed upon. I wouldn't recommend them for any work. Unfortunately we are still dealing with them to complete a job from over 2 months now. Little to no communication until we initiated it. Hoping this gets better but I doubt it. They are getting more unprofessional as time goes.

Throughout the project, we have maintained regular correspondence with both yourself, as the policy holder, and your partner. Our project manager diligently responds to the emails received from your partner on an almost daily basis.
    As you are aware, navigating through insurance claims involves a series of steps that can introduce delays. We are required to secure approvals from the insurance company regarding the scope of work and coverage details. Subsequently, we seek your approvals on selections and coordinate scheduling accordingly. Once these prerequisites are in place, we can proceed with the restoration process.
    We acknowledge that dealing with home repairs can be a daunting experience, particularly while being geographically distant. Please rest assured that our primary objective remains to restore your home to its pre-loss condition and mitigate any associated stress.
