    Thursday - placed order - paid in full - told by friendly person time of delivery not known yet to please call in am - attempted delivery 7am with no phone call - i live in city not leaving cars on street - called asking where is dumpster??said it was attempted and they would try to get back before end of day - if not able to then someone would call - no call - holiday weekend planned with family to help move all to dumpster now in my yard - could have changed plans if i had known but no return call - Tuesday am comes and they attempt at 5 of 7 in the morning with no phone call again - cars in driveway and they leave - i only know from my son looking out window - i call at 8am and they say it might or might not be able to get there today because we missed it first attempt - it is not reasonable to have no warning of delivery or window of time when they would deliver i called angry and said if not here today to refund my money TODAY not in three weeks or three days NOW and that i would be writing a review and never have before but that people need to know they don't care about the order just take your money - maybe you'll get your dumpster maybe you won't the ladies in the office were trying to help but only gave general vague answers - doesn't seem like dispatch and office connected if you say you are going to call a customer back that customer is waiting - you did take the money and then just forget about my order it was a holiday weekend i asked family to help and now i will have to hire someone to come and put all the stuff from my yard into the dumpster when i could have made other arrangements if i just knew you weren't coming now 3 o'clock just got call not coming at all today - 5 days after i paid (with a holiday in there)and they couldn't get it here???????????? what kind of customer service is that - NONE wouldn't recommend them but you decide
