    This management company is the worst I've ever been forced to use. They are not concerned with residents, have extremely poor communication, and the "service" they provide is most certainly in service of the owner of this company only. Additionally, customer service is nasty and argumentative from the moment they pick up the phone, if they pick up. I've asked for confirmation of the office address (earlier on) so that I could meet with my representative to gain a better idea of the system. No one would provide the address. I've been told to email the manager to request certain charges be waived, only to be ignored (I'm sure that was just a way to get me off the phone). It's unacceptable. This is my third year with this company and it doesn't get better. This company is a poor excuse for a business.
