    I called this company out to help me with my built-in natural gas grill. A man named Quenton came out and claimed he was talking to the manufacturer parts department while he was at my home and then quoted me over $4000 to fix my grill. I obviously declined and I called the same parts number back Only to find out that the grill part that I needed to be replaced was under warranty and has a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer. They told me that if he would’ve called and talk to them, they would have alerted him to this. I’m confused if he lied about calling at all or what was really going on. I’ve called the company and left a bad Google review. They charged me $135 to lie to me and not even touch the grill with their hands. The entire company is clearly a scam.

    Made us pay $600 in advance for a part for dishwasher. Was told part would come in 5-7 days. After a month of calling and getting the run around, being blown off and lied to, we still didn’t have the repair done. They told us the part was in, then they couldn’t find the part. The receipt that was email to me said we had a balance due, after the service man told us we were paid in full. After I was fed up and told them to cancel the order, I was told I still had to pay for the part, as stated on the receipt that I signed. There was nothing on the receipt that stated this. Finally disputed the charge with credit card company and the charge was eventually reversed. A terrible company with many bad reviews on ****. You should know
