    Memberservices Group owes us $801.60 for a rebate check. We are members of this travel Club. We booked our and another couple's trip under our membership. We were told we'd get a rebate checkfor $478.00 times 2 equaling $956.00. Finally, three months later we received a check for $154.40. We talked to them about the shortage. ******* said she made a mistake. ******************** also said we'd receive a rebate check of $478.00 X two. We want them to honor their agreement and honor their word.

    I bought a membership on the 10th of May, and canceled the credit card payment within the three days, which someone told me I could do, but the agent later told this was not the case. The payment was removed from my credit card and I thought all was good. On May 16th, the charge came back and I called (left multiple messages) to get it canceled. I was told the agent could not authorize the request herself and that she had contacted her boss and was waiting to hear back from him to give the ok. I told her I was really struggling with this and had a panic attack. I called again on the 17th at 11am to find out what was going on, left a message, and heard nothing back. I called again at 4pm and left another message and told her I felt like I was being ignored. This was over 24 hours I was waiting. When she called me back, she had an attitude and told me she wasn't ignoring me and she was in the hospital with her mother and working there. When I asked about her boss, she told me he was out of the country and did not know when he would be back. She did not say that on the 16th. I feel like this is a scam. I just asked for my money back, which I apparently went about the wrong way, but am struggling with anxiety about this. I feel scamed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I filed a complaint #********. They have refunded my money and reached out to me about this issue. I don't know why they have not responded to you, but it has been settled.
