    We purchased into this program in 2024. I was skeptical at first, feeling like we may have made a mistake, but working with ***** and *******, I'm happy that we joined. We have our first cruise booked for July of 2025 and we have saved some money. ******* has been wonderful to work with. I wish they had an app and I wish the online submission to get a quote worked, but other than that, so far we are happy.

    I have been a member with Member Services Group for around 6 years. During that time my Wife and I have been all over the ************* except ****** using our membership. They asked me to write a review after ***** booked our cruise to ****** next July 2025.... The price and service we received was simply put amazing! We look forward to taking our grandkids to ****** world next year too

    When we signed up for the plan we had already made reservations and paid for a trip to Universal. **** told us to send him our itinerary when we returned and he would try to get us a refund. We sent the paperwork as requested and a week later we received a check in the mail. Obviously it did not pay for the entire trip, but we received 10% more than we thought we would get. Thank you, **** for following through on your promise.

    My husband and I were getting ready to book a cruise for my family of 10 when we received our invite to their seminar . Although we did sign up for the membership, it sounded too good to be true. After contacting Member Services they quoted me a ridiculously low price saving us a total of $2800 . ******** helped us through the process and got everything booked with ease. Now comes the hard part of waiting for the months to pass before we go on the cruise.

    My husband and I became members earlier this year and like others, we were skeptical in the beginning. Let me tell you, they have NOT disappointed! When we joined, we had already planned 10 day cruise, but even so, *********************, helped us to get a refund. We have booked another cruise and several resorts at discount rates. We're SO happy we signed up! If you are a traveler, this is for you!

    I have been doing business with member services group for years. They are the best of the best with communication and pricing on vacations for members. The gifts received for seeing their presentation are not part of the company. Highly recommend!
