  ***** Carrell and his team are not to be trusted. He built in my neighborhood and not one person is happy with his construction or follow up. I do not believe any of these5 star ratings. They ruined the pavers on my patio and then destroyed the top layer in trying to remove the stain. We had to fight to get him to at least seal them. The toilets backed up into the tubs. Then when we could not reach his recommendation for plumber because there was no answer, we got another plumber, now ***** refuses to pay $600.00 to clear construction debris in the line. My garage flooded because a nail was driven into a water line then popped loose. Flooded garage and bathroom. Called his plumber again, there was no answer or voice mail. I called another plumber. With repairs and remediation and repairs, ***** refuses to reimburse us $5,000. All damage caused by his failure to hire qualified people and have quality control measures in place. We decide on an accent wall in our bedroom. It is not symmetrical. When we called, ***** Carrells responds ischange order was for accent wall, I never said it would be symmetrical. It looks awful and ***** Carrell refuses to fix. I had 3 gas leaks in my house. One under cook top, one in media room caused by a nail driven through the gas line and one in the attic. The kitchen cabinet came off the wall. It was held by 2 staples to the wall. Your punch list means nothing to them. Many new homeowners in our neighborhood with major issues he will not address. ***** Carrell and *****, his son in law cannot be trusted. Any 5 star rating must have been from a friend or family member. Do not buy from this builder. It will cost you much more in the end. Your punch list means nothing to them. Do your research like I should have. Many lawsuits for failure pending.

  The Carrell Group built our home in ********************** in 2017 and my wife and I moved in in 2019. The Carrell Group provided their full support to remediate anything we discovered once we were living in our home full time and the team has been there for us to this day. Our house is top quality and with the Carrell Group commitment and expertise backing us up, our house is our family's home. We appreciate the people of Carrell Homes.

  My wife and I bought a lot in Grande Dunes. After several interviews with local contractors we selected ***** Carrell. It was the best decision we could have made. Their team was very professional and creative with alterations to the plans. Their attention to detail was excellent and were timely with their delivery even in difficult economic times. We were very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend the Carrell Goup.

  ***** Carrell is an excellent builder - has been for years!! Everyone that I have worked with whose home was built by ***** and his team has been very pleased - Not only does he have a great system and his homes are of excellent quality, but his followup has been very appreciated.I highly recommend the Carrell Group/Carrell Homes to anyone.

  My husband and I wanted to build our dream retirement home in ************** and had a clear vision of the features that we were seeking. ***** and his team helped us with the design and build with custom quality features, working with us to make practical changes and stay (almost) within our budget. The quality of the construction was outstanding. We had lived in and built several new homes. The quality of this build surpassed the others. It was truly a custom home from start to finish. As with any new home, we had a "punch list" as the house settled and we live there. ********************** and their team were very responsive. We felt fortunate. Beyond that, even ten years later, Carrell Homes supported the maintenance of items, provided us with referrals following a hurricane and helped with a few warranty items. The follow up service was outstanding.

  I hired the Carrell group to build my home off the waterway in Grande Dunes. The building process also included extensive driveway work, landscaping and a boat dock with a Gazebo. All my questions were answered. All my concerns were quickly addressed and attended to. The project finished on time and under budget. Bottom line If I were to build another house the Carrell Group would be the first people Id hire.******************

  Outstanding post construction support. ***** and team always followed up quickly to addressed any issues well after we move in. Fortunately, there were not many issues and they tended to be minor.

  When it comes to home design, the latest technology, quality of work, delivery and execution. Carrell Group performed and demonstrated a steep commitment in meeting our high standards. We had 3 homes built by Carrell Grouper the last 25 years they never fell short on any contract details. If you are thinking about building a custom home and you want a builder who regards a well crafted home as a piece of art Carrell Group should be your builder of choice.I would be remised not to mention the competitive cost benefits.
