  The Carrell Group built our forever dream home on the *** in 2021. We were so very pleased with the outstanding product we received and the phenomenal service of the Carrell Group. They took us from the beginning of the architectural layout through to move in day. We had five star service every step of the way from everyone involved. We have been in our home for two years now and we absolutely love it. The Carrell Group staff, and all of their subcontractors, went above and beyond at every level. After move in they regularly followed up with us to ensure our continued satisfaction. We cannot recommend this builder highly enough. ********

  The Carrell group built our house and the Quality was amazing,***** Carrell and his team oversaw the construction from start to finish.From 26 walls and hurricane resistance construction,we were impressed with every aspect of construction. This is our 3rd house we have built and this exceeded our expectations of Quality and a great relation we had during construction. We looked at multiple builders but without doubt the Carrell group was the best.************************

  The quality of the home second to none. We are completely satisfied with the outcome, how long it took. We lived in our home now in *********** for three years. No problems would recommend the ***** group to anyone.

  We chose Carrell Group after getting their newsletter during the decade leading up to our build, for a number of reasonsdesign that fit our lot and which they allowed us to modify and their reputation for quality workmanship and customer service especially since we knew we could not visit during construction. They persevered despite many obstacles including lot issues and a prickly ARB all while keeping a clean job site for our neighbors benefit. Class act from start to finish. We like that they dont rely as much on subs as other builders do allowing better scheduling and more quality control but those they do have been with them for years. ***** is also a bit of a Renaissance man sharing his winemaking and singing talents with customers to start you off in the right frame of mind in your new home.

  Carrell Group built our home in Grande Dunes in ********** on the Intracoastal Waterway. We loved the plans and especially appreciated the cooperation with both the Management and the onsite workers to make minor adjustments that made the finished product much more usable and exciting. It was obvious to us that the Carrell Group would not only survive but would be very successful.

  Outstanding experience twice with the Carrell Group. They built our ICF home in ************************************************************************ 2023. Many of the same staff is still there from the original build, which is a testament that they are a well run small business that treats their staff well and stands behind their quality product. Both times we worked with a project manager who was responsible for the day to day work site, and a design specialist who helped us with selections and other matters. This structure made it very easy to work with them. They have great relationships with their quality subcontractors, many of whom have also been working with the Carrell Group for the last decade. ****/*************************

  Carrell Group built our home in ************, **. The company advertised professional and many years of experience. However as a new homeowner, I found myself diligently checking the work that was completed by sub-contractors that they claim have worked for them for 30 years!!! Patch *** and touch *** were often low grade and that is coming from there own companies that they have hired. The purchase of a brand new garage door, was damaged by Carrell Groups workers shortly after installation. The best Carrell Group is offering to do is patch it up which we are told by overhead doors that it will not hold up through the years. They also indicated that they throw out panels everyday so it would be easy to replace. They could not believe the Carrell Group would not replace them. During the building process they installed un level floors in our Lanai and our ***tairs. Right now after 13 months we have a door that is falling a part from the seams. We also have molding that after 12 months they came in and spackled and is separating really bad. There painter that was hear for the outside I had him look at it and he indicated that it is cheap or watered down spackle that the worker they have to do the 11 month list mustve used. The painter said it should not look like that. Carrell Group does not want to take responsibility for there part. They take your money and run. I have photos to prove all this also!!! Dont Build with this Builder!!!
