    I ordered Shutters for our home in ***** from the company named "Affordable Blinds & Shutters on Highway 9.in *****, **. The company showed a 5-star rating for what I do not know. They came to install the Shutters right before Mother's Day. During the insulation of the shutters, they cracked the glass in one of my back doors. At the time he measured the glass and said it would be a week to ten days he would get back to me. He did not get back to me I waited for over a month and started to repeatedly call and text him. Also, one of the shutters on the other door was installed crooked leaving a space wider at the bottom of the window than at the top of the window making it fit tighter than it should, causing it to be harder to open and shut. He said not to worry he would fix that too when he came back to replace the window. Well, it is now December 7th, and I'm still waiting. First, he said the Company made the door glass wrong and it had a scratch in the glass, 2nd time he said that it was made wrong again, 3rd time he said that they couldn't find the door glass. I asked for the name of the company and told him I would go down myself and talk to them. He did not give me their name. I then finally told him that he needed to go somewhere else and get my door glass made. He then said he was having it made by a company close to his shop and it would be the 1st of December after the Thanksgiving Holiday before this new company would be able to have it made. December 5th, I texted him again and again he has not gotten back to me. I'm not sure how long he expects us to wait I feel he has repeatedly lied to me and would advise people, "Not to Use this Company to make and install Shutters in their home."
