On June 6, 2024 a representative from all about animals named *************************** came to our home and wrote an estimate for bat removal. We decided to hire him and he took 50% of the money upfront for supplies and materials and the other 50% was due when it was completed. The job has not even been started, and he will not return our monies. The check was cashed within 45 minutes of it being written at a **** of ********** communicated back-and-forth for a few weeks, he promises to show up and never does. We have requested our money back on three occasions now and he still has not come to the house or given us a call.

I paid All About Animals on 3/20/2021 to install metal slabs to seal the gap below the shingle on the outside of the attic area around the house to prevent squirrel and mice entry.I continue to have mice problem. The company that I have been using to place poison in the attic for 2 years came today and check if the metal slabs were installed correctly. The person found NO metal slabs anywhere! He took photos of the gap where there is supposed to be metal slabs on his phone and my phone. Photos attached. This is fraudulent. I would like my money back.

I did a squirrel trapping job for them only...it was a total of 800$ to remove the family and come back daily for **** days or until all caught...I did seal up original hole....other than that everything she said is fictitious....I would not do a complete Squirrel removal and repair job plus a mice removal and repair job on any house for 500$...my jobs are all around 2800-4000$...she doesn't even have a contract with me because she didn't want to do all work required...that is only way she would get a warranty at all....no work done to have a warranty ..this needs to go away asap...or my next step for that lady is Court for lying and slandering my conpany....already did it twice ,I will make her #3

I am rejecting this response because:
    1. On 2/25/2021, this company did a job of 3 thing:  mice eradication, seal an entry to the attic, set trap and remove squirrel. The job has a 5 year guarantee. The cost is $979 and reduced to $800 if done on the same day. (This was during COVID when things shut down).  See attached work contract.  The job was done and paid for that day.

    2. It is simply not true that this company claimed the above job is usually $2800 to $4000. Not according to the work contract which is $800 if done on the same day.

    3. On 3/20/2021, this company ask if I would like the entire house sealed to prevent further animal entry for $500. The price is in line with the previous job. I DID NOT refuse the job. This company did not give me a work contract at the time. He gave me a receipt when I paid. See attached receipt for $500.

    4. The first job has a 5 year warranty. The mice came back quickly, I texted and called this company many times to come back to check. No answer, no reply. Just found out on BBB website that there is a similar compliant on March 2021. The respond is the same, it was the customers fault. Not honoring the 5 year warranty is one thing that I miss writing in the original complaint.

    5. If this company denied that the work for sealing the house was not done for $500, I would like to know what the receipt of $500 is for?? Why would I pay them for an unknown phantom job?

The five year warranty is for squirrels only and it cover my repairs only...and yes I did put silicone and metal over every return on her home...I put block bait out for the mice because she asked if I carried it on my truck....I can't warranty mice because they can get through a crack or hole as big as my thumb.I'm not even answering back to it....done with whole thing....

I am rejecting this response because:

The original complaint was for the $500 job to seal the house to prevent further wildlife entry which was not done. I have already hired another company to do the job.

This business never return calls or text to address the continuing mice problem after the first job.

i do not wish to be bothered anymore so as to keep my sanity. Buyers/customers beware.
