    It pains me to write a review of this nature. I made the mistake of hiring All About Animals NC to remove squirrels from my attic. After he provided a contract, I paid the down payment of $1500 and ***** of All About Animals NC assured the work would be started the next day. The following day ***** did not show up to start the work and did not respond to phone calls or texts. He finally responded to a text and assured he would be starting the job the next business day and never showed up and did not respond to phone calls or text messages. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.

    Worst service. Paid 1500$ for service and promised 5 years warranty. Called after 6 months for same problem. He says will come today tomorrow and never came. Tired of calling .

    ***** and his team just completed another squirrel job for me As usual the squirrels are gone and home repaired .I recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price and quality work!Thanks Again *****

    Very satisfied with All about Animals NC. Called them for a pest problem. We wanted and needed immediate attention and were concerned about how long it may take to get help. We called and left a message on Saturday and ***** was able to come out on Tuesday. So very happy about that. He showed great knowledge of pests behavior which made us feel sure he would take care of our issue. ***** took care of our issue immediately and efficiently. Some things just are not a DYI job and its not always easy to find experienced people to do what homeowners need to have done! Thank you ***** for peace of mind. I definitely recommend ***** for the job you dont want to do!
