I have been a member of SayMore (aka) Univox for four years and suddenly on 9/26 when logging in no surveys were on my dashboard. I wrote and did get a reply stating no surveys matched my profile and would be available once they were, but this has never happened in the four years I have been with them. So, I wrote again and today I was told my account was suspended for quality reasons which is utter nonsense. I have so much documentation to back my claims up. I have never had a survey rejected nor any points deducted which would occur if survey had been rejected. I have years of screenshots of my account daily showing point only accrued and never went down, I also keep a log with information regarding dates I log in, surveys and points received and again not one entry in my log or screenshot shows any point deduction. I can provide these documents if needed. I take surveys seriously, am honest, take my time and provide detailed answers when asked. In the four years I have been with them I have never had any warning or any other communication from them regarding quality, etc. I also see my quality score on occasion it is usually in the mid to upper 100s. - Not only here, but other survey review sites have multitudes of the same complaint I am giving, and often with the same form response from them I was sent today. Hello, This respondent created more than one account and was actively participating in both which violated our terms. I do see their response here, and I can attest that it is an outright false statement and I absolutely want to respond to it. I do not have two accounts with them that I am actively participating in. It is not even possible to do that because they monitor your ip address and have your personal information. Their website would immediately block you from trying to register a second account. Even when I log in directly versus using an email link from them the first page I am taken to says it detects someone in my household already has an account. When that occurs I have to click the login tab to bypass that message so clearly it is impossible to have two accounts with them based on that. Their reply is utter nonsense.I will say that this account I have with them was created in/around 2020 after I closed my original account that had a different email address. I had to close my original account because for some reason I was no longer receiving any emails from them. I did contact them by phone about it at the time, and the man I spoke to could not give me any reason as to why but thought I may have marked them as spam which was not the case. When I did speak to them I asked if I could close that account, leave the balance of what I was owed in it and open a new one since I wasn't receiving emails. The man I spoke to told me that was fine so that is exactly what I did. I completely closed my original account and opened a new one, and this is that account - and the only account I have and participate in with them. There are not two active accounts.Again, I do not have two active accounts with them because that is not possible to do, and I can be 100% certain they cannot offer any proof of that or any payments made to me from separate accounts.This is the only account I have had with them for the last four years that I participate in. I completely reject their accusation, and I am beyond offended by it because it is 100% untrue.I will phone your office tomorrow in order to see if you can reopen the case that closed because of the email issue because I absolutely want to respond to their accusation because it is both false and offensive.Thank you,*** ********Customer Answer

Hello,
I do not understand why this was closed. I was unable to respond to their initial reply due to the email mixup and not receiving the message. I responded to your email after I called to find out the problem and had the email issue corrected. I want to be able to reply to their claim against me. Not only was it false, they accused me of fraudulent behavior which is not only untrue, but is libelous. Their initial email sent directly to me before they responded to your message gave a completely different reason for suspending my account, and when I replied to that being able to prove what they claimed was false I then wrote the BBB, and then their reponse to through the BBB changed to their lying even worse and saying I had two accounts which constitutes as fraudulent behavior. Not only is that untrue, but the fact that they put it in writing is again, libelous. I want them held accountable. I want action taken against their false claims against me. I will also be calling my State Attorney General's office on Mon, but I am very frustrated that I was unable to get any resolution to this matter through the BBB and counter their claims. Thank you.
