      I have payed this company twice for the same item. They have charged both of my credit cards for the same item. The amount is $13,513.51. I should have been charged $6,749.25.

      I would like them to credit one of my cards in the amount of $6,749.25.
      I have tried several times to contact them and they are not responding to my emails or calls. Ghosted!

      Hello, this BBB complaint is not valid. We have spoken with this customer many times. It is a fraud of a complain here with the BBB as well as the 2 chargebacks made with the customer's credit card, after receiving all of the items. See attached screen shots for order #2922 and order #2860. As you will see via the 3rd attachment, the Pam has received her items. Post-receipt of her items she performed an illegal chargeback with her credit card company. We spoke with Pam, she acknowledged her criminal acts, admitted wrongdoing, asked us not to pursue legal action and provided another credit card to charge her for the same order which she illegally charged back after receiving the items, which is why you see 2 orders being charged to Pam. We as a company thought she was done with her scams however we then received a 2nd chargeback from the new payment made, where her credit card company took the money away from us and returned the money to her, see attached screenshot showing such. This customer has no right to defame our company publicly by writing this false review and we are appalled Pam Geib continues to pursue this sham. She has the furniture. She performed 2 illegal chargebacks for items she willingly bought and has, using and enjoying our furniture. She now is attempting to continue her scam somehow. This is unfair, wrong and a clear display of her criminal nature. Please remove this BBB complaint immediately.

      I am a retired special education and middle school reading teacher.  I am NOT a scammer!
      The issue is not that I have received the merchandise, but rather the payments made by me via my credit card companies to HC Outdoor.  An initial payment of $6,749.25 was made in full when I ordered the merchandise.  When I only received the frame of the couch and not the cushions, and after repeated attempts to contact someone at HC without success, I filed a dispute against HC on my Discover card.  Finally Steve contacted me from HC and told me that they wouldn’t send the cushions unless I took the dispute off my credit card.  So I removed the Discover card dispute.  I was then informed by Steve in accounting at HC, that I would have to wait 90-120 days, for the dispute to clear before they would send me the cushions.  HC was aware that I needed the cushions for a large gathering happening soon.  Steve from HC suggested I put the payment on another credit card so the payment would go through sooner.  Regrettably, I gave HC my Capital One credit card number to get the cushions sooner.
      I was then charged by HC for the full amount of $6,749.25 + $15.01= $6,764.26 on my Capital One card.  I then asked Discover card to remove the payment to HC so I wasn’t paying twice.  Discover card said once a dispute is cancelled it can’t be changed and the payment from Discover went through to HC.  I then put a dispute on my Capital One card.  Capital One initially gave me a credit but then rescinded it because the amounts were different.  Now both of my credit cards have been charged and I have paid twice for one couch.  The question for HC is: What payments have you received from my credit cards?  From the previously attached credit card transactions, I believe it is: $13,513.51.  This is two times plus $15.01 of the initial cost for the couch that I agreed to purchase.  I am requesting a refund of $6,764.26 to one of my credit cards. ASAP

      We have provided screenshots from our system proving the chargeback was made not once, but twice. The funds were taken from us, screenshots provided confirm this. The scammer Pam G***, regardless of her claim to be a "special educator" have no barring on her proven actions and are just an additional method to thwart the factual proof provided. Pam the scammer has received multiple email responses from our company explaining this process and she has received them all. Please remove these fraudulent complaints, as the customer's claims are invalid and proven such on our end.

      11/27/22 Ordered custom chairs
      3/3/23 Chairs delivered and one is broken in shipping. I contact company and am told they will have another chair made and shipped asap to me.
      July 23 I reach out every possible way and no response
      Sept 23 I reach out every possible way and no response
      9/29/23 After reaching out multiple ways I finally told to text to someone to discuss the matter
      Oct - Dec 23 I continue to try to get answers and I keep being told they will check into it and then no response
      Dec 23 I check in via text and told to direct all further communication to an email.
      Dec 23 We call main line, get an answer, hear some story about having a problem with rope for chairs, even though you can order the same chair on their website and get it shipped to you in 24 hours.
      Dec 23 Told we will be kept in the loop as to what is going on.
      As of today, Feb 1, 24, we have heard nothing and received nothing.

      It's been almost a year and we still have not received the chair replacement and communications does not exist.

      We paid $1756 for four Seward Harbor Outdoor Dining Side Chairs - custom to a specific color of wood.

      ******** ******* has received all of her Made To Measure, Custom Made furniture. Here are the following Fedex tracking numbers, proving all items purchased have been delivered: ************, ************, and ************. ******** ******* did not pay $1,756.80 per chair, she paid that amount in total for all chairs, which also included shipping. The items were indeed customized and made for her. She received the chairs, along with all of the furniture she paid for. She stated there was 1 chair that had an issue, although we as a company have Quality Checked each and every item prior to leaving and ensure the items were all made to the specifications ******** ******* chose, we went ahead and shipped her an additional chair, which she did receive. ******** ******* has written this BBB review/complaint as a false complaint, incorrectly made and quite frankly illegally stated in an underhanded attempt to receive money back for items she received nearly 1 year ago (Fedex states the chairs were delivered 3/3/23, 11 months ago). This complaint needs to be removed immediately. ******** ******* is not entitled to anything and has factually received all of her items, the way she chose to make them.

      So what I am hearing is you have just been lying about the status of this chair, have horrible record keeping of actually what has taken place and now calling me a liar even though I am the one with proof of all these conversations. I have given your company plenty of time to fulfill this obligation to a paying customer, more than enough. I even tried settling this through BBB. 

      Again, this "filler" chair that you as a temporally replacement was never ever discussed as being a permanent replacement. From me or the representatives from your company. And if it was, why did you continue to tell me the replacement was in production? Makes no sense. 

      Since we couldn't resolve this situation via BBB, you leave me but no other option but to take the appropriate legal action.

      I placed an order(D***) for outdoor furniture from HC outdoor on 5/12/23 and was told I would receive it within 90- 120 days. I still have not gotten the pieces despite paying in full ( 5446.50) when I placed the order. I've called many times but have not gotten an real explanation for the delay.I'm tired of getting a runaround and want to cancel with a full refund.

      Irene R**** placed an order for totally custom, bespoke, Made To Measure outdoor furniture on May 12th, a Friday. The weekend was Mother's Day and the process b**** on Tuesday, May 16th. Drawings have to be approved, materials approved, and more by the customer which take about 30 days on average. I have included Proof Of Purchase here via attachment which shows this was a 100% CUSTOM order. I have included a secondary attachment with our publicly available Production Timeline for custom, Made To Measure items, which is an ESTIMATE of production. As you can imagine, producing bespoke, custom items from scratch takes time. These are not items that are in-stock, on the shelf. These are items that are made specifically for the customer, by the customer's spec's and wishes. Irene R****'s items have been in production and are about 12 days away from being finished and shipped to her. Attached via a 3rd attachment is our publicly available Refund & Cancellation Policy for Custom, Made To Measure, bespoke items which clearly states items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, as these items were made specifically for Irene R**** to the exact spec she asked for. Irene R**** paid for the custom items, had every opportunity to see our publicly published policies and understand the process. Irene R**** read the policies and chose to purchase all of the items willingly, proof of purchased is attached. All of Irene R****'s calls have been answered and we have explained our process for production many times as well as have published policies, timelines and processes available online to view. Irene R****'s items will be shipped in 12 days and arrive to her home a few days after being shipped. This is NOT a valid BBB complaint and we demand this be removed immediately, as our company has acted in good faith and by the exact published policies and processes available online to the customer Irene R**** who purchased custom, Made To Measure Furniture. Please remove this complaint immediately.
