      I have never left a review anywhere before, but my experience with this store merits it. I ordered a sofa, chair, coffee table, and end table from one line. The sofa and chair were delivered and the other pieces promised a few weeks later. I heard nothing further so inquired, and a few weeks later the coffee table came. While it was being unpacked I saw its finish looked so different than the other pieces so called the company. No one answered then or any other time that I called, and no one responded to any voicemails that I left. I emailed and was advised that the difference was because the other pieces had been in the sun a few months and the coffee table would have the same patina. That would make sense if the finish of the other pieces had changed, but they had not. I kept following up on that and the final piece that I ordered. The final piece eventually came, but not with the white glove delivery I had paid for. It was left on my door via FedEx. The white glove delivery was supposed to include unwrapping and taking away all packaging material, and that did not happen. The table was yet another finish. The company stopped responding to my emails and never answered the phone. Besides the horrific customer service, the quality is poor. I purchased a teak dining set and swing from a different company, and it is heavier and does not have what looks like mold spots that this company's furniture developed after only a few months. In sum, this was a terrible experience with shoddy products of poor value.

      This business is a scam!!! They take your money and you never get product!!! The ONLY way I got my money back is I had went thru paypal.DO NOT do business with them ever!!They give you nothing but run around and excuses week after week.especially ryan he just keeps telling you its broke or it just went out today but you NEVER receive anything!! I wish i had checked here before wasting my time and worries with this company.I would give 0 stars if I could.!!!
