Dr. Albright treats me with respect, understanding, and kindness all the while holding me accountability and demands that I honor the boundaries I most like to break! :o
Her staff responds as promptly as possible to any question that I have. With the extreme need for mental health workers I am aware that Sweetgrass is swamped with * calls, texts, and portal messages from those who seek high quality care.
Even though the office is manned 10-12 hours per day, I also receive communications after hours and even weekends. It is a dedicated and committed practice.
I have never received better customer service from any provider.

I’ve had a great experience with the new admin team. Everyone has been very helpful whenever I go into the office. My doctor has been very responsive and it’s nice to be able to get my primary care under the same roof as my therapist.

    FYI
Sweetgrass Psychiatry is a Boutique Psychiatric practice that does not offer reliable administrative (front desk, nurse or PA services) services, on call physician services or physician coverage if part time physician staff are not in office. They do hot return phone calls at all and have a business model which is 90 percent managed online communication through a patient portal. Like Amazon except for in office patient visits. Unlike Amazon there is no customer service number to attempt resolutions.

We found we had to conform to the needs of the practice and providers instead of the practice and providers reaching out to meet the needs of the patient. In this current climate of delays and shortages of medications you may want to think about the type of practice and providers
you need. We found we needed a provider that would reach out and help, not undermine our efforts to obtain medication.
