      When I received my order I was short 4 items valued at $70.I called and spoke with Katie and she was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care.She also lied when she told me I would be contacted by someone that day.So I called again the following morning and I was not quite as nice,because I felt I was getting the runaround.About 10 minutes later I received a call from John,who was incredibly unhinged and would not let me get a word in edgewise.I honestly felt as though he was under the influence of a stimulant,as he was over the top uncontrollably talking around in circles.He proceeded to tell me he would look into it and contact me later that day,which he lied to me just like Katie did.Alm I want is either the merchandise I ordered or my $70 returned.I am 62 and very disabled,and I honestly feel like I could use MY money a little bit better than coastal Hemp could.It is,after all,MY money.I have noticed that several others have made the exact same complaint on these good folks as I have,which leads me to believe that,at best,this business is of ill repute.

      The store itself seems very clean and high quality , the products seem high quality. And the staff seem nice enough, however I am not certain I can trust this shop with my business again. I travelled 8 hours round trip today to visit this shop and pick up an order which I had placed online (the specific products I wanted weren't available closer to me, trust me I tried to find them). I was told via confirmation email that my order would be ready ~4 hours after purchase; I waited not 4 hours, not 5 hours, but about 12-16 hours. I had time to work a full shift at work and then some before I went to collect my order. When I arrived at Costal, again after traveling 4 hours there (and then 4 hours back home again after), and ultimately wasting $60 in gas and adding miles to my already old car, I was told that my order was not in fact ready like my confirmation email said it would be. Not only that, but the products I purchased weren't even in stock like the website said! It was explained to me that the owners of this shop prefer to keep products displaying as in stock on the website, even if they aren't actually in stock. What an absolute waste of my time and money! I was then NOT given the option of a full refund even after explaining my situation to the clerk (wtf?) But was told I could take store credit or choose different products. What a giant dishonest waste of my time and money!! I was given overnight shipping on my products for when they eventually do come back in stock but that was hardly equal compensation for these shenanigans and a full day of wasted time.
