    I recieved a bill from aspen dental for a service date ,and I was never there on that date ,the last date I was there was February 19,2022 at which time a paid $509.00 I was never there after that ,I had an appointment which I cancelled because I had a severe asthma attack the lasted over a month going to my doctor numerous times than I talked to someone at aspen explaining I couldn't come back because I am having shots for my asthma and it was $1100 for each shot out of pocket and I couldn't afford any further work at this time .the bill that they are charging me is $467.00 and now they have me in a collection agency ruining my credit , I have called the numerous times every time I got a bill they were supposed to call me back and no call

    *************************** as of February 24 I have not heard a word from them and I seriously doubt that I will ,I have tried numerous times before I filed this complaint thank you for trying ,if I do not hear from them what else can I do I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs but I havent heard from them yet

    *************************** ***** lied to me by saying I was being charged for a temporary however I never recieved a temporary after I went in so Thay could exray it to find I dont have a temporary then he said I was being charged for interruption is service I would hire a lawyer to fight this bogus charge but it would cost me more than the charge so I paid the bill to get it out of collections agency not happy with Aspen dental something should be done about them thank you for your help

    Date of transaction 10./30/2022 to arrange for appt. to examine and fix broken upper denture of 78 yr, old man. has never in 25yrs had problem or dentist help manager asked if dentures were ASPEN made. answered no. he stated looks like an uncomplicated fix will have them for 4 days as man unavailable until beginning of next week. came in 11/13/2022 topick up completed dentures. when put ****** did not hold at all. He could no talk ches or even open moth at all. Dentist or Asst, told him to usefix a dent. we were totally unhappy.only choice was to go somewhere else and try to get fitting dentures. Asked for return of $163 fee to fix denturesrefused. They claimed the only rebate of money paid is for Aspen dentures made and sold by them NO adds claim this. Please help us my husband need these ASAP

    when denied our request of return of ****** sent to fix dentures were infomred that unless dnetures bought through aspen dental no refund for ill fiting glasses would be given. we lost $163$ fee as not informed of this policy. we were sent away with dentures tah were so illl fitting my husband couldnt keep in mouth and ate and could speak very little. HADS SEVERE TROUBLE EATING NAD CORRECTION IS NOW BEING HADDLED BY REPUTABLEDENTIST. STILL WAITING FOR RESOLUTION AS NEW DENTURES BEING WORKED ON.. WE ARE ELDERLY WITH NO MONEY TO THROW AWAY AND NEED HELP

    I received communications from you concerning our complaint 0n12/29 at 8: am. I have attempted to include additional communication to you, but once I filled out additional info could not forward to you. I know you have certain protocol to abide by but we are out$163.00and the company failed to inform us that ONLY materials used by ***** and Made by Aspen will be honeredflr money back.I was with my husband every minute of this fiasco and now are out hard earned and put aside for this. I have read quite a few reviews on this company's work and honesty. I hope you get my additional info as there was no where to upload our problem. We are elderly people with no one to fight for **. *********************** ************
