    Aspen dental clinic is not a real dentist. I have a couple broken teeth and instead of fixing them they pretty much told me what they can do about it and left me to be in pain and pretty much told me that Ill have to sit there in pain for a couple months for a dentist this is ridiculous

    Scammers. Took over $2000 to repair tooth, kept cancelling my appointments even when in pain and asked not to. It's a year later now, still can't get it fixed. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Discussing legal action against these scammers to get back the money they stole off me. I'm only leaving one star as zero is not an option.

    So i've been going to this office for 2 years. I started to go to them when I chipped a tooth. The replaced that tooth and added another tooth to where I havent had in 30 years. They said it was all covered under my insurance. I go to have another tooth fixed and on the 3rd visit cause the first 2 the tooth didnt fit, a new manager ************************* kicked me out and assaulted me. I had to call 911 and have a police report. She states i have a balance for one of the tooths they did. The one I never needed in the first place AFTER 30 YEARS! With all this disgusting situation im still waiting on the permanent tooth to be put in that they have. BUT YNA BANNED ME FROM THE OFFICE AND IM DISMISSED AS A PATIENT. Again 2 years I was treated not only wonderful but with RESPECT. A whole new crew of employees and treated like a piece of trash and assaulted. I call corporate and they stated the regional manager who i've been waiting on to call since I was assaulted he states shes not gonna call cause i'm dismissed as a patient. And when I asked to speak to his supervisor I was denied. I've never been treated this way. Is it cause of my race?

    They are WAY overpriced and very pushy. Stay away. My daughter has a root canal issue, so they asked her to start a loan for $2k, then after 5 months they sent part of the money back to the loan company and canceled her treatment, although she never received any treatment and paid $147 a month for 5 months.There was no refund, as they informed us the amount she paid the loan company was used to pay for her X-rays. The big poster on their window says "free XRAYS and examination".Furthermore, They tried to do the same thing to me. Surely the BBB should act.
