We just had a sunroom installed by **** and **** from Carolina Home Exteriors! They did a great job and went above and beyond with the craftsmanship of the room. They made sure to include us throughout the process and I would highly recommend them on any home improvement project.

We replaced our Sun Space window system with Carolina Home Exterior double pain insulated windows. The glass windows are miles better than any plastic window system available. If you are looking for a true four season room this is the choice.The staff was very helpful throughout the process. However, communication could use a little improvement. With that being said we are very pleased with the product.The installation went well. The installers , **** and ******, were easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete.*********************, the project manager, was also helpful and communicated well.There are some minor adjustments needed on the locking mechanisms for the windows. Im certain that will be handled to our satisfaction.Overall I would highly recommend Carolina Home Exteriors,Carolina Home Exteriors

Had a screened in porch converted to a glass enclosed porch, what a difference, now have a 4 seasons room, and, no more daily clean up from pollen.On 4/4/2024, had some water coming through our threshold and our door was sticking a little bit. Called **** the next day ****** and ****** were out to take care of the problem. No more sticking door. Have to wait until the next heavy rain as far as the leaking is concerned. If it leaks again, they will return free of additional charges. We are extremely pleased with the makeover of our porch into a Carolina Room. Since the porch faced north it was hard to use in the winter even with the fireplace working. Plus keeping out the pollen is a definite plus. We were kept up to date of the process when the materials were ordered, when they arrived and the date of installation. The salesman was explained the four steps for the installation. Since the windows were made by *****, we were sold as the windows that we replaced in our former house in ******** were made by the same manufacturer. We were pleased by their performance.Special thanks to the team of **** and ******. They were very courteous and professional with the installation. we had a wonderful, wonderful experience, hasslefree from the design to the installation, and lets not forget the permit all smooth even the electrical. Excellent service from ******, who came to teach my husband and I AGAIN how to properly open and close the easy breeze windows. ****** was very patient and worked with us until we got it right.
