A recent service call was made to Carolina Home Exteriors for a minor adjustment to my enclosure. They were very responsive and ****** was sent to perform the work. ****** was very respectful, knowledgeable and corrected the problem in a very professional manner. I had an EZBreeze enclosure installed at the beginning of summer which looked beautiful and allowed us to enjoy the outside the back patio in the daytime without the sun hitting us directly. we can now sit at night without the mosquitos and only the tiniest no-see-ums filtering through the tightly meshed screening. When it rains or the weather gets cool we simply close the windows from floor to top crossbeam. Recently I noticed some water pooling in an inside corner. I called Carolina Home Exteriors and they sent ****** to the rescue. ****** drilled aa small weep hole in the lower portion of the aluminum track and found that water had been sitting in the lower un exposed floor track and went on to drill uniform exterior weep hole spaced through the lower track. ****** further investigate the cause of the problem and determined the a corner patio post was at the root of the problem. He then removed the sealant, sat at the site and mopped up any water draining inside the patio (30 minutes or more). When satisfied all the water was gone , he resealed all necessary seams. Tremendous product and exceptional customer service was promised and delivered in an exceptional manner. A very minor follow-up issue was handled by service tech ****** in the same day as the service request. Excellent experience - start to finish. Love the enclosed patio!! Every contact/ conversation was addressed professionally and courteously. My team for installation- **********, ****, Debo, and ***** - project manager were all excellent. ***** - estimator, great as well. We had a leak(small) at the bottom of our door during the hurricane....****** our tech was fantastic...he caulk the bottom of the door and now all good....this place is always so easy to deal with...Carolina Home Exteriors

Had some water leaks which I feel is normal especially being fairly new. ****** the repair technician was excellent and explained reasons for leak and took care of them. I highly recommend Carolina Home Exterior.Carolina Home Exteriors
