I had a consultant come out today with some problems I had opening the windows all the way. ****** showed me what the problem was and what I was doing wrong. ****** was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our Screen Room Project with Carolina Home Exteriors was a 5 star experience all the way. ********** our Salesman was excellent in reviewing the work we wanted done and quoting while still at our home. ***** and ***** were prompt and professional in getting things ordered and scheduled. The Installation team of *********** are two of the best contractors i have ever worked with. The were happy to explain what they were doing and answer my multiple questions. They keep our property and the work area neat and cleaned up at the end of every workday. These people all made this a very positive experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have work done at their home.Carolina Home Exteriors

DO NOT do business with this company. I had a $60,000 sunroom built, and the roof leaks. Their guys have been here multiple times. The first time they admitted that their work was the cause of the leak and did repairs. The repairs did not help. On subsequent visits, they began blaming the pre-existing roof structure. I asked for an estimate on what it would take to fix the leak and was told their company would not repair it. I hired a different roofer and had them give me their opinion and an estimate. Their opinion is that the leak is at the junction of the metal roof and the new roof. This junction is only there due to the installation of the new roof. Who do I believe? I believe the roofer who did not do the work. I deducted the cost of the repair from my final payment. They continue to bill me and threaten legal action.What kind of company does not stand behind their work?Carolina Home Exteriors

Love my enclosed lanai. Best job. Had all trouble with water on last storm but ****** came and recaulked it. He also showed us how to open and close the windows and how to care for them as we were not available when the crew finished. We are very pleased with the companyCarolina Home Exteriors

We recently had *** install an EZE Breeze enclosure on our existing screen porch! The job was seamless! Everything was done on time according to the schedule they provided! Great job by all who were involved in the project: the sales person, ****, who came to give ** information, ****, the field supervisor, who measured, to the installers, **** and ******, who did a super job, and the project manager, *******, who was available to oversee the operation! What a great company, with wonderful employees! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about having this done!Carolina Home Exteriors

Today we had ****** here to fix a thin gap between the door frame and the door when its closed. ****** is very knowledgeable about his job and also very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend ****** for any questions or repairs for Carolina Home Exteriors.Carolina Home Exteriors
