    I placed an order on February 20, 2025 that was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 business days. It has now been 12 days and I still have not received my order worth $66.43. Zuluvape will not help check into why it is sitting at ************, ************** for 12 days.

    I am writing in reference to Complaint 23015013.  My hope is to resolve this issue, and remove any negative rating we may have received.  Attached is the shipping label for the original order, along with tracking that indicates it was delivered as addressed.  I am also attaching the shipping label for the replacement shipment sent to the customer, at our expense, that was delivered as well.  

    All of the items we ship from our site ship via **** Ground Advantage Hazmat shipping.  Unfortunately, this frequently causes extended delivery times when compared to Non-hazardous material shipments.  

    Please let me know what other information is necessary in order to resolve this issue.

    I purchased from zuluvapes on Sept. 21, 2023.Order #****** I used the vapes. All of the vapes I used make me terribly sick. I got head spinning and blacked out. I was vomiting up blood.I want a refund back for what I spent.I was robbed while I was out of town, so I can't return them. They're gone, so I can't send them back.Please help me get my money back.
