    So beyond frustrated with Westgate... DON'T recommend buying a timeshare!!! Not worth it! Extra added fees you don't expect. Using the timeshare not as discussed or promised. Told owning a timeshare would be profitable, but selling it seems like there are absolutely no options and no buyers. No way to get out!! Asked Westgate to just take it back and we'll give it to them just to get out and they won't do it. It's a financial drain. Do NOT recommend anyone to buy timeshare ownership here.

    If I could give this company zero stars I would. I booked a room for a week in August of 2023, however some personal issues came up and now am not able to go. I am being told I will not be refunded for this and now am out almost $1400. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!! COMPLETE SCAM!!
