    Carrie Freight was one of the shippers involved in shipping household goods from Lebanon to Ohio by sea. Carrie was the US shipper. My furniture arrived damaged and broken and stained. I called Donald Montgomery regarding submitting a claim for the damaged items. He laughed when I said I did not buy insurance and denied my complaint. Thank you Carrie for the customer service and for not taking any responsibilities. I would not recommend your business.

    This was a self packed shipment of used household items. it was shipped from Lebanon to Rotterdam, Rotterdam to NY, NY to Chicago, Chicago to Cleveland. It was unloaded from a container and reloaded at each step, it was inspected by Customs. We provided only the Customs Clearance and arranged the delivery from Cleveland to the customer (a distance of 29 miles). The Customer signed clean for the goods upon delivery with no mention of damage or other exceptions. Then later she claimed the goods were stained and items broken. If the goods were damaged, I am sorry but we did not damage the goods and the trucker who delivered them did not damage the goods.
