      First of all, Kevin stood by us through our daily questions and changes to the scopy of our very large project (discovered during inspection of our new home). He was ALWAYS so willing and able to help us with project changes and updates to our contract. There was a lot of back and forth. Kevin remained patient, professional and really seemed to care about this huge expense we were about to incur. He sent us updates on a timely basis and also alwasy answered our phone calls. Not easy to find these days.
      Josh and his team executed this project seemlessly!! For such a large project, we barely even knew they were here, under our house (in the crawlspace). They were thoughtful and kind, and we truly appreciate the effort they put in to make this easier on us. Josh was able to identify an issue that was missed at inspection. Had he not informed us, we would have been in big trouble down the road. I am so grateful to him. I even enjoyed just getting to know him. Josh runs a good show; he manages his people well and also has great customer service skills. I bet CNT wishes they could find more employees like Josh. Again, very hard to come by employees with such a good work ethic, at least in my experience.
      When my husband did a "crawl through" with Josh at the end of the project, he was SO impressed by how clean and secure our crawlspace was.
      THANKS to both Kevin and Josh for completing a very labor and material intensive project with no delays.
