  Two weeks ago we had to call carolina waste to get a new trash can due to the driver dumping our whole trash can in the truck and just driving off. I have it on video. We have called and informed them of the situation and explained that one this is the third trash can in a year we've had to have replaced and secondly where do they want my trash if I don't have a can. They tell us to put the trash on the curb and they'll pick it up. Trash day has come and gone and my trash is still sitting there. We called again asking about it and was told they are putting in a missed pickup ticket for the next day, that day comes and goes no truck. We call again and again told they are putting in a missed pickup ticket and a truck will be out the next day. Again that day too goes by and yet no truck. We call again and are told they are putting in a missed pickup ticket and will be emailing the supervisor but our trash will picked up Saturday they just have to send out a different truck since we don't have a can. Again no pick up. I called this morning and requested a supervisor I get told they are emailing the supervisor I want a call back. Based on the question she asked they only see the request for a new can. I asked if the supervisor comes in later and was informed they have no direct contact with their supervisors. So here I sit aggravated and feeling like this company only says what they feel like you want to hear knowing they won't follow up with anything they said because they have shown they don't care about their customers.

  This company has the worse trash removal service I have ever received . I called their office and the lady that answered the phone couldn’t give me any information . It has been weeks since we have received service .

  No stars. Do not recommend their services. Poor quality and very unreliable. Complete lack of communication and responsiveness.

  There needs to be an option for zero stars. Every month it is something with this l**** company. They love to not show up on days that they are supposed to pick up. They will not pick up your trash if your lid is cracked open. Every month I have to borrow my in laws truck to haul trash bags to the dump since they can’t do their job I pay for. Today was our final day to pick up trash since we are moving. I called and told them a week ahead of time. They noted it and said we will pick up on Friday and pick up the can later that day. This company needs to go under you are a waste of space.

  Awful experience having to deal with this company as our trash collection. When we started the service moving into our house we were told it would take up to 3 weeks to get a trash can delivered to our home. In the meantime any trash we put on the curb would be collected, however, none of that was true. It’s been 5 weeks now with no trash can, and a pile of trash sitting on our curb being passed by the dump trucks weekly. I’ve called multiple times with no one to answer so I’ve left multiple voicemails and have never had a return call. I’ve also sent emails about this issue with no response either. If I had any choice at all to choose a different company for trash disposal I would jump at the offer.

  Carolina Waste had been my garbage service for nearly two years. During that time they have picked up our garbage, including boxes as long as they fit in the bin. In the past month they have stopped picking up boxes, without any notice or providing updates to their terms and conditions. When contacted, their customer service said we’d have to request a bulk pickup. People in my neighborhood have been waiting weeks for a bulk pickup. They refused to provide me terms and conditions stating they didn’t pick up boxes, or where this was communicated. Even with a bulk pickup scheduled they didn’t pick up mine with other houses, and have also stopped responding to requests for a pickup. I’ve attempted many ways to rectify this but they won’t help.

  We moved into a new construction on Dec 7, 2022. We called on Dec 8, 2022 to get our services started. It was requested that we put our trash on our lawn until our can is delivered that would take up to 14 days. They picked it up the first trash day (tuesday). They have not picked it up since despite us putting in bulk pick up requests (for regular trash in case were not on the schedule yet) and calling and emailing for weeks. Today, I watched the garbage man walk up to my driveway, delivered my can (it's been 1.5 months at this point) and walk away from the bags on the lawn. Every time we call, they ask if our lid was closed. We didnt have a cna until today. They then stated to put the garbage in the can to be picked up. We have 1.5 months of trash! It's not going to fit. They can't help us. We're helpless. I'm on hold with the sanitation department. This is unsanitary and we're going to have to resort to calling a private waste removal company, despite paying this company for two months now. There's animals getting into our trash, we have to drag it in and out of the garage every week like hoarders. About to call TLC to come pick it up and use my air time to warn everyone about this company.

  This company is lazy. I called about my missed pick 6 times in less than 5 days and they still have not picked up my trash. The excuse is they don't see a ticket for the miss pick up but does show me calling about the miss pick. Then they ask the same thing was anything blocking the trash , if people would read the notes before they ask the question they would see the answer. My trash should be picked up on Thursdays. 10/27/22 was missed day now it is 11/1/22 and no pick up yet. Then when I tell them that the trash will be over flowing by Thursday 11/3/22 and then they won't pick up my trash again. I have never seen anyone from the trash company actually get out of the truck to put a missed bag or something in the truck, because they are lazy. Carolina waste is the worst trash company. Then when managers are suppose to call you back they don't.
