  Melanie was very helpful getting SO switched from a Medicare Advantage plan to regular Medicare + supplement + drug plan. She made what is a very complicated and confusing process a lot easier. She was able to explain everything clearly until we understood it.

  Alexis with Senior Savings Network has been amazing. After attempting to get my Medicare needs handled with dozens of calls, speaking with multitude of brokers, none of them came close to making the process seamless and clear like she and her team did. The videos from Christopher clarified what I wanted and needed and Alexis, with amazing clarity and direction, found the supplement plan that was exactly what I was looking for as a first-time recipient of Medicare. She also was able to help me pick a Plan D and vision care tailored to my needs. I already have been telling my "younger" friends that I have a company to call when their time comes. I HIGHLY recommend Alexis at Christopher Westfalls team at Senior Savings Network.

  Noelle ****** with the Senior Savings Network helped me today with my annual plan review. She was so great and helpful since I am new to Medicare. She made me feel so comfortable knowing that if I should ever have any future questions or concerns after this annual review that I can always reach out to her for any questions I may have. Noelle has great customer service skills and the entire team with Senior Savings are great.
  I am now 72 years of age and started listening to Christopher Westfall's videos at the age of 65 when I started receiving all this complicated mail from different companies wanting to sell me Medicare. When I stopped working at 71, I had already decided which plan I wanted to go with the help from Christopher. Whenever I am talking to someone who is new to Medicare, I automatically and highly refer them to SSN's website and advise them to listen to Christopher Westfall's videos.   I highly recommend this company. Very professional help changing Medicare plans. At 71 years of age, I thought I knew about Medicare. If it weren't for this company and Chris' *** **** videos, I wouldn't have known I needed to change plans. Katrina was an absolute pleasure to work with!

  ELENI at the Senior Savings Network was great, but that really doesn't mean much because, over the years we have dealt with the SSN, there has NEVER been ANYONE we have interacted with THAT HAS BEEN LESS THAN STELLAR.
  Elena called us at 12:01 for our 12:00 appointment, which assured us we would receive the call between 12:00 to 12:15>not bad!
  Eleni was a delight to speak with. She was friendly, courteous and helpful, all the things we were accustomed to> SO MANY YEARS AGO.
  It is nice to have a representative we can share our concerns with, and ask questions of, without hesitation. It is also refreshing to get the correct answers the first time.
  We really feel that the SSN, although they are to make money, PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS FIRST > even if they end up receiving a smaller commission. This is something we don't see anywhere these days.
  Eleni took all the time needed to check our pending 2023 Medigap policies with others on the market to make sure we would not be paying more than we would with different Medigap companies. It turned out that our 2023 policies are hundreds of dollars less than other Plan G policies.
  Eleni gave us a review of our current Plan G benefits and also gave us a run down on a Medigap Plan N. She explained the differences between the two and the PROS and CONS of each. If we are ever strapped for cash it is nice to know that we can get a Plan N, with a few less benefits, for a few hundred dollar less per year than we are paying now.
  Christopher WESTFALL, who founded the Senior Savings Network, has put together a great crew to help newcomers to Medicare and old timers alike.
  Trying to get the correct information when new to Medicare sometimes feels like it's impossible. Chris and his team make the whole process easier for everyone and it doesn't cost you one dime. When you purchase a Medigap plan, a commission is already included in the price by the insurance company.
  We, like many others, are now SSN customers FOR LIFE!!
