    This was a great experience. The whole process went extraordinarily smooth and I really felt like they genuinely wanted what was best for me. I didn't feel "pressured" or "pushed" in any way and they patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I did a lot of research before choosing which broker to go with and i'm glad I chose these guys. I can thoroughly recommend them. By the way' "Gabby" was an absolute pleasure to work with.

    ***** Right out of the gate, Christopher Westfall and his team have impressed me. My prior agent from another company failed miserably with extremely poor customer service. Could not even get a return phone call. To me this is unacceptable and bad business practice. I found Chris on a ******* ***** and appeared very knowledgeable and sincere. He projected a very genuine concern for helping seniors with Medicare information and making the right choice. I found him to be very likable and trustworthy. Back in Sept, 2022 , I had a brief text conversation with Kendall and talked to him about my experience with the other co. I was dealing with. He listened and didn’t try to push me into anything. I had my last straw with the other Co. the end of Nov… I Contacted Senior Savings Network and went through their pre-scheduling process. Kelly, and another called within couple hours of each other to verify and confirm scheduled Call back time. Eleni (Laney) called me at the time I was told she would and made the process simple and easy. I cannot recommend this Company enough. Chris and his staff are a Class Act.     A fantastic agency to deal with. They really take the time to give personalized service. Extremely knowledgeable and they have a ******* channel that is chock full of educational videos to keep you up to date - just search for "senior savings network".

    Have been doing cartwheels with the recent good news that I have been approved and am going to Original Medicare. With all the help via calls, emails, and text messages (texting gets my attention) I am very happy with Senior Savings Network. I don't think I could have done it without the video and then a call.....easy peasy though I know they are straight out busy. The "Class" photo I see many happy people. It must be gratifying to work for this place. Thank you!

    I really don't like posting publicly but I'll make an exception in this case as the service provided by Melanie at SeniorSavings.org was exceptional. The advice I received regarding options, costs and what would best meet my needs while transitioning from Medicare Advantage to MediGap was very helpful. The process was simple and she does all the work. If you are in the Medicare market, are confused about the options and don't know which way to turn, start here.

    I am amazed at the outstanding customer service and care provided by Senior Savings Network. When the company owner noticed that it was the last day for a particular deadline, he personally called me immediately to make sure my needs were cared for. I was amazed and so thankful.     Alexis was Extremely helpful in wading through the sea of Medicare and all its governmental specifics. She Had answers to all my questions even though most were answered in explaining how “things” work. Readily available to schedule appointments at your convenience. Overall excellent experience!
