  Eleni was very helpful, courteous, and professional in explaining our 2023 Medicare options. As it turns out, and all things being equal to what we discussed today, it makes sense for us to continue with our current coverage. It is very comforting to know that we are on the right track, and I appreciate your office reaching out to us yearly to do these sanity checks to see if we are getting the best deal for our healthcare needs. Chris, I also enjoy your videos and find them extremely helpful in understanding this complex system we call Medicare. Y'all take care, and again, thank you to you and your very helpful staff. Jerry

  Senior Savings Network is amazing. I worked with Noelle this time and she was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I have a very ill sister I am caring for and have multiple things to consider and Senior Savings Network and all their employees have always given best help saved much money and stress trying to figure out what plan is best whether it's the supplemental or Part D drug plan.

  Senior Saving Network provided good recommendations during my initial sign up with Medicare one year ago. I followed up today with Eleni to review my supplement plan and she was very helpful. I decided to stay in the same plan which shows excellent insurance company when I sign up one year ago. I arranged another call to review my prescription drug plan in October. Very pleased with service provided from Senior Saving Network.

  Senior Savings Network is a fantastic organization that ACTUALLY puts people before profit. This will be my second year with the Senior Saving Network in allowing them to navigate the maze of Medicare. Mekayla was excellent in explaining my coverage and out of pocket expenses. When the 2023 plans become available we will again meet to discuss my options. I am as happy as a clam with a pearl with my Plan N coverage. I have explained Senior Savings Network to people and how to find Christopher and his team of professionals, I even had an X-Ray tech writing down the information to pass along to her in-laws, before she let me leave. So grateful I did the research in finding the best agents for my Medicare needs and not the bombardment of mailings that I just ended up shredding. Thank you Christopher Westfall, Mekayla and the Senior Savings Network team!

  I had the pleasure to work with Haley W who was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to the plan that would most suit my needs. She also helped me with an unrelated question that I asked her. I felt as if she really cared her effort was acknowledged and appreciated. I will continue to use her in the future and I know I will get the same results and satisfaction.

  Melanie with Senior Savings Network was fantastic to deal with. While I had already performed a lot of researched on my own, she was able to take things a step further by explaining the more intricate details about my options and specifically pointing out the things I needed to be sure to do and more importantly, not to do to avoid future problems or penalties. She was extremely knowledgeable of the various companies, plans, and pricing options. I am confident that together we made the best decision for my situation. Something very important to me was the fact that I was not pressured or pushed into additional plans or products that I did not want or need. Our conversation was super friendly, yet very businesslike and professional. My Medicare journey has gotten off to a smooth start and I look forward to my future experiences dealing with Melanie as we complete the final processes in the coming weeks. If you think you need help obtaining all of the needed information and gaining a level of comfort in order to make the various decisions related to the Medicare process, you can't go wrong with this group.

  Senior Savings Network was so awesome to work with. Melanie explained everything in detail and gave me options to work with. She had informed details about each plan and price options and helped me make the best decision for my situation. They followed up to let me know my application had been approved. I was truly impressed with the great personal customer service they provided.
