Senior Savings Network provided excellent service to me when my previous plan was discontinued. Pleasant, well informed, well prepared representative offered several possible plans and educated me on differences and options. I was informed of being accepted a new member of my chosen company the very next day. I highly recommend Senior Savings Network.

For the last four years my husband has been very ill. He always took care of all bills and was our computer guy. When he got sick we were just reaching Medicare age and I knew nothing about anything related to it. I wonder now if I was maybe led by the Lord to come upon Chris’s videos on *******. At that time and often since then they have helped me so much to know what to do. They are wonderful! They walk me through everything. I refer them to any who will listen.Senior Savings Network

5 starsI really appreciate all the help I have received from Senior Savings Network. They check in to make sure I am happy with my insurance plans and offer ways to save money. 5 starsOn Thursday August 22, 2024, at 12:00pm I spoke with Maxwell B**** who helped me. Mr. B**** took his time and spoke to me about a Cancer policy. Mr. B**** took his time and explained the difference between the Policys and answer all my questions. After my decision, Mr. B**** completed the application for me. While working with Mr. B****, I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Mr. B**** took the time needed to make sure I understood each and every policy!
Being new to Medicare, Senior Saving Network eased my mind and cleared up all the confusion by educating me (videos and agents) about Medicare. I was able to pick the policies that were right for me. If I did get confused about something there always someone on the other end of the phone to assist me. Mr. Westfall, Thank for all the hard work you are and have done for everyone and thank you for being and honest man!!

Videos are most informative. I don't know how I would have gotten through this very confusing situation without them. I've been with one insurance company and after multiple rate increases was extremely happy when Senior Savings Network was able to find a new company that reduced my monthly premium by almost $30.Review fromSusan J

5 starsGreg was Very patient, helpful and listened to my concerns. He gave recommendations and allowed time to review plans and discover what fits my needs.
I appreciate the videos, Chris makes. These videos educate and provide understand as to how coverage and plans compare.
Senior Savings Network, is a good company. There was no pressure. The company wants you to be successful and comfortable to the plan you choose.
I recommend this company for anyone who is trying to understand this process and find a plan that fits.

5 starsI spent an hour on the phone with Maxwell B****. I came prepared with approximately 25 questions and asked another 10 or so questions on top of that. He was able to answer them all. I was also on the fence between Plan G and Plan N. He was able to provide solid facts that convinced me an N plan was the best option. Additionally, he was able to provide some historic information on rate increases. Overall, I was very pleased with Maxwell. The company also has many helpful videos on their website.
I have talked to at least five other agencies and researched numerous websites. They are the best of all the ones I have dealt with.Review fromBert G

5 starsAs I'm within 3 months of my 65th birthday, I had to convert my health insurance to Medicare, Once I discovered and contacted Senior Savings Network, the whole process became so simple with access to such deep knowledge in Medicare. It all began with general information and once I shared my specific health needs, Maxwell offered additional information with health insurers in my state that satisfied those needs along with the top two lowest price offerings and comparisons of the vendors (in patient ratings and years recorded). He also sent me helpful information for choosing my best Part D vendor (since Medicare prevents 3rd parties from directly offering Part D coverage).Review fromSandy W

5 starsAfter receiving yet another notice of an insurance rate increase from my carrier, I had planned to call the senior savings network to find out my options to deal with this. I've only had the policy for two years and have had two rate increases.
Well, to my surprise, a couple of days later I received a phone call stating that my agent from the senior savings network wanted to speak to me about the rate increases of my supplemental policy. This is basically unheard of in the world of health care in America. In the past once I have signed up for a policy and have paid the premiums my agent is never pro active and concerned about what I'm paying by rate increases from the insurance carrier. Melanie J****** did indeed call me and we had a discussion about my choices and what I could do about it. After the meeting I not only reduced my premiums by 97 dollars, but she also told me of a good dental policy that was better than me paying out of pocket. In fact I wound up getting two policies and am now paying less than I was for the one policy. I now have health and dental. Thanks Melanie for reaching out.
