5 starsThey have been reputable in their commitments that I have experienced, so far. They made time for me late in the enrollment period, & honored the phone appointment right on time. The lady I worked with was very gracious, knowledgeable & patient - surprised me, bc it was the last minute of the last day of enrollment & I know they had to be slammed with waiting customers. My specific needs were fully addressed considerate & I am completely set for 2024! I WILL be back as a customer, & I am sharing about about this business with many others. After watching a number of senior savings network videos on *******, I became convinced that switching from a medical (dis)advantage plan was definitely in my best interest. The main problem would be whether I could qualify for a plan, since I would be required to go through the medical underwriting process. Something I didn’t know I would have to do when I made the decision several years ago to join a medical advantage plan. So I made the call to SSN and spoke with their agent Noelle. After going through some of the questions for medical underwriting, it looked questionable as to whether I would be accepted but we went ahead and submitted the application thinking I had nothing to lose by doing so. That same day I received an email from the insurance company that my application was accepted and got the “official” notice of acceptance the next day. I highly recommend working through this agency to determine what plan is best suited for your particular health care needs. They’re very knowledgeable in all things Medicare with years of experience in the business. Watch some of Christopher Westfall videos on ******* and you will be convinced as well.

5 starsI don't think I can adequately describe how beneficial the videos published by Chis Westfall are. I saw a few minutes of the hearings held before the Congress referencing the Medicare Advantage programs and how the false advertising is misleading thousands of people into a Medicare nightmare. Then after I saw the hearings, I came across Chris on *******. After viewing a few minutes I immediately called the number given on the ******* site because I knew I HAD to attempt to get OFF my UnitedHealthCare Medicare Advantage Plan.
I was called back by Kelly at Senior Savings and after speaking with her a few minutes made a later appt. to be interviewed for my options to go back to ORIGINAL MEDICARE and also a Medicare Supplement program. I had the appt. with Eleni and I will say that she was the kindest and most helpful person you can imagine and walked me through the process and explained in detail my options. I would encourage EVERYONE who is on Medicare Advantage to ******* and look for "Chris Westfall" and look at the videos he publishes for information. You will NOT regret it, and it will make a huge difference in your approach to your Medicare options and any changes you may wish to make that will impact your future, in your dealing with your health insurance.
I am SO THANKFUL/GRATEFUL to Chris and his staff. I can't describe enough how this affects me and the peace of mind I now have regarding my future when it relates to my insurance coverage and care.

I am switching from an advantage plan to medicare plan. So much information and honesty. The employees of this company are friendly and am willing to answer all of your questions. If they are not sure they will research and give you an answer as quickly as they can. They will get back to you quickly. They explain the difference between the plans that any senior will be able to understand I would recommend this company to anyone with questions.Senior Savings Network

These folks are very professional and easy to work with. And I had my acceptance to the new plan the same day!
So happy I found the company on *******! They are telling the truth about Advantage Plans. I don’t need all the free stuff, I need coverage that works for me!

Very knowledgeable and helpful agent Alexis. I had my scheduled appointment 11/02/2023 and received official notice of my plan acceptance on 11/06/2023. I consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable about medicare but I learned a lot of new information watching Senior Savings Network videos. Navigating medicare without the aid of knowledgeable and HOUNEST profesionals is like walking through a minefield blindfolded. This is in my opinion the best place to get your medicare supplement.
