    If you’re looking for a mover in the Charleston area, I’d STRONGLY recommend staying AWAY from this company! Not only did the owner not call me back to help finish the job HIS company started, his crew also DAMAGED my $3500 refrigerator! His workers also didn’t load items into the moving truck properly to prevent items from getting damaged ! When I contacted the owner about my items, being damaged, I asked him about having insurance , he said NO! What type of moving company DOESNT HAVE INSURANCE!!!! His moving crew also loaded a tool box and claimed I said to load the tool box on the truck, but I was nowhere around when I said that! His moving helpers then told me to give them $100 or they would call their boss to explain why I owned $100! The OWNER never returned my phone call, nor did he finish the job! Not only did I need to find another mover to help unload my truck at my new place, they also treated my items with respect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING REVIEWS ON BBB and NOT USE One Call move because they will not make things right after his crew damages your items and not answer phone calls or texts!

    We used One Call Move for a recent move from Summerville to Charleston and had an awful experience. We paid for 2 helpers for 6 hours of labor, however, they only ended up working for 4 hours total and we were not refunded for the additional 2 hours that we paid for that they did not work. Additionally, the helpers we were sent got muddy footprints on our carpet, complained the entire 4 hours, were not careful with our items, and one of them disappeared for 30 mins and my husband ended up having to help the one guy that was trying to move us. We used this same company for a previous move and had a great experience so this was very disappointing. We would not recommend this company and will not be using them in the future. We tried resolving this directly with the owner and he refused to refund us.

    Refused all attempts to obtain a W9 from this Company for my business move. Unprofessional and should be ashamed. Everyone pays taxes, you should too.
