    On January 5, 2022, I ordered a headboard through Lift Mattress Company for $341.33. Backordered until March 31, 2022. When I didn't hear anything, I reached out to them on April 6, 2022. They responded that due to supply issues, they weren't sure of the date available. They'd be in touch "soon." On April 8th, 2022, told now backordered until the end of July- and that they'd be in touch. I reached out on June 10th to get an update, and no one responded. I emailed again on June 22nd and got a response that they still had supply issues "in these unprecedented times" and had to check with another department. New update was an expected delivery of "mid-August". They asked and I said I still wanted it and was willing to wait. On August 1st, they said I couldn't get my original item, and did I want a replacement that was "READY TO SHIP"? "Sure", I said. they could substitute another similar item, for an even exchange and that I would be satisfied. I didn't get anything or hear anything for three months. On November 1st, I asked for an update. No response. On November 21st, I asked for an update and didn't hear back until December 2nd that they were looking into it and on December 3rd got a refund invoice, charging back to my credit card. On the same day, I let them know that the card I used for my payment was no longer valid and they would need to refund me by check. On December 5th, they said "they'd look into it". No update...emailed them January 3rd, 2023, and they said, "they'd get back to me" but they were "very short staffed." On March 27th, 2023, they said they would mail me a check and I would get in **** business days. I email again for a confirmation they mailed my check on April 5th and 6th, and they said it was now not going out until April 10th. Still no check by April 19th, asked for confirmation of mailing check. They said it was delayed again and wasn't mailed out until April 14th. Now on May 3rd, 2023, no check.

    I ordered a mattress as a gift on 11/24 weeks went by and I had no update on shipping. Finally on 12/15 they sent a tracking and they were seending it to my billing address. It clearly stated a shipping address to **. So I immediately contacted them to changes the shipping. (I am away and not in ** to even revive a package nor would I ever shop anything to my ** apt, things get stolen) 4 days go by an I haven't heard from anyone so I contacted my CC company to issue a charge back. I really thought it was fraud at this point. Anyway they end up changing the shipping but at this point no one is in ** to receive the package bc I had no heads up with the tracking. I wasn't going to release the payment until I recieved the money, which I absolutely intend on paying for my purchase. But now they are trying to charge me $500 additional for a chargeback. This is absurd! It's their fault in the first place I put a hold on this payment bc they weren't communicating with me. This has to be illegal to charge someone $500 on this situation for no reason! They were in the wrong they even admitted in via emails stating they thought someone reached out. The customer service rep even threatened to call the cops on me .

    Hey,

    Yes they reached back out. The mattress was delivered but it was in really bad shape. My biggest concern is they are charging $500 "admin" fee on any chargebacks. This can't be legal?! Can it. Anyways they said if I didn't take back my claim and change my bad reviews with you they would charge the additional $500 so once again threatening me. I have released the payment for the mattress do they received their payment but still threatening to charge me $500 additional.

    Customer received **********************, then the day they received it they file an chargeback??? We did nothing but try and help her and get her mattress to her!! Then she does this, and goes and leaves terrible unjust reviews, just SLANDER!!
