    I ordered 3 mattresses and numerous bedding supplies totally close to $6800; paid it full and was told that when we were ready for delivery to call and they would be delivered. I have called numerous times, all emails I send come back to me mailer-demon, and no one returns my calls. We need a civil law suit agains this company. Its been over 90 days so the credit card company will not refund. This guy, "****" is a major scammer, nice front office at UTC, he takes your money, makes promises, then the store disappears and no one knows where he went. He has an "unmanned "phone that only takes messages and never calls back. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY LIFT MATTRESS COMPANY.This company deserves ZERO stars.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! We purchased a mattress months ago and then were told they couldn't produce it. They offered an alternative mattress which would not work for us so we asked for a refund. There has been no refund after numerous attempts to receive it. Letters, emails and such are being totally ignored. You can never talk to anyone as they never answer their phones or reply to voicemail. They are crooks and they know it.

    My Review NO CHECK I don't understand what you are trying to pull with me but it has been 30 days since you have approve my refund. I am back in ******** for the holidays and here's what's going to happen every day I don't get a check. I am going to park myself outside your business at UTC and peacefully protest your store. When asked why I am protesting I am going to give them an in-depth story on how I was treated from the higher *** of this organization.. I am then going to proceed with a civil suit. Your refund practices are anything but fair. You have never followed through with proof that a check has even been sent out. I will protest your store every day until I receive one, and if it hasn't been sent out, I will gladly come to your store and pick it up myself.. I am so done *************** never got back to me after you're unprofessional very unprofessional words of words of " checking". See you at the store.
